Perfect Family Condo

Perfect family condo. Each bedroom has an attached bath, and there's an extra 1/2 bath in the hallway. The kitchen, living room, and dining area was all open. The side window wall provided a beautiful view of the coastline at sunset. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay in condo 1611. The view was unbelievable and it was beautifully decorated. There are 4 bedrooms and all have a view of the beach. We will definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

Kids and Grandkids could be together or do their own thing. Erica at Reception Desk was great every time I had question. Luxury Coastal Vacation Ladies on phone, text and email follow up we’re responsive and helpful. Elevators and Parking are a hassle. One parking Guard at shack takes his job too seriously.

Wonderful Condo

We have a family reunion at Orange Beach every summer. This particular condo was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in! Very well stocked with kitchen supplies. My dad wished that there was a Keurig, but everything else was fantastic!

We enjoyed our trip. Management was easy to contact, condo was spacious and nice. A little windy from the balcony which nearly rendered it unusable but that’s more season than anything.

Overall a nice place that comfortably fit 5 adults and 2 children. The condo had most everything we needed. Balcony was spacious and had beautiful views of the Gulf. However, floors were filthy. Not the type of dirty you notice at first glance, but our feet turned black when we walked barefoot just after arrival.

Home away from home!

Property was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Roomy for our party of nine. Loved the eastern view for sunrises every morning. Kitchen was large and prevented us from stepping on each other as we prepared food. Patio furniture was comfortable allowing a late morning nap with breezes. Beds and pillows were wonderful for a great nights sleep. The only problem encountered was a need for brighter light bulbs. We will be back!

Best equipped kitchen

This is a beautiful property with awesome oceanfront views! Nice big balcony with great furniture! Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms! This unit is also on the end which mskes it very quiet! And this is the best equipped kitchen we have had in the 5 years we have been to the Gulf Coast! I would suggest replacing the stove and microwave though. Oven cooks the bottom of foods too well. We moved the rack to the second slot. Everything woked in the condo except the stand fans from the closets. I would also say that furniture and rugs need a deep cleaning. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 6 year old, 9 year old, and 7 month old! And they loved the bigger slide and lazy river.

Absolutely wonderful condo!

Our whole family (4 adults, 4 kids) was so impressed when we walked into the condo. It was huge! Everything was exactly as stated in the photos and details. The bedrooms were spacious, all of the beds were so comfy, and all had a beautiful view of the water. The master was extra large with attached bath and walk-in closet. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, utencils and cookware. It also had 2 coffee pots, toaster, blender, crockpot, and an ice machine. The outdoor patio was wonderful, however, unfortunately it was too windy and cold during our stay over Thanksgiving week to fully enjoy it. There were several mornings that we got a surprise show of the Blue Angels practicing over the water. Very cool! It was very easy to get to the indoor pool, hot tubs (4) and the gym. There were lots of area restaurants and stores to choose from. Even though the weather could have been better, we all had a wonderful time, and would like to go back sometime in the future!

Could be that we normally stay at Tresha Wade's places at Tourquoise but just not up to par with almost identical pricing. The furniture in the living area needs major updating. The laundry (washer and dryer) for the size of the unit isn't adequate. Neither icemaker worked and that is a big big deal. They never got the one working in the refrigerator didn't seem to concerned about it either. There was no broom took two days to get one. The bedrooms were extremely hot even with the air running constantly. The mattresses were fabulous though I will give them that. I will never understand why any of these places stock 100 wine and drinking glasses. It would be a better use to maybe stock more mixing bowls and storage containers. No one in their right mind uses that many glasses. And lastly the furniture on the patio while loods good on line is completely covered in mildew. The cushions look like they have never been cleaned and definitely never replaced.

Wonderful!

This is our second time to stay at Phoenix West II, but our first in this condo. If I had a condo here, as I hope to one day, I would decorate it exactly like this. My favorite colors and my favorite style. The two things that drew me to this particular unit was the bed configuration and the balcony. We were traveling with friends and team members from our business with no children, so the fact that there were adult beds in every bedroom was a huge plus for us. And the balcony was configured in a way that allowed us to spend a lot of time together outdoors comfortably. When we arrived, the door code we were provided didn't work, but the management was extremely responsive, and we were in during a quick phone call. The first impression of everyone when we walked in was simply, "Wow". The beds were extremely comfortable, as was all the furniture, and the kitchen was pretty well equipped for some amazing seafood meals we enjoyed during our stay. My only complaint in the kitchen is that the knives were pretty dull. I usually bring my chef knives, but didn't this time, so only myself to blame here. The building amenities are excellent, and the weather allowed us to enjoy all of them this time, and we particularly enjoyed the lazy river. We even got to enjoy a magnificent fly-by by the Blue Angels one evening as we were preparing dinner. I can't recommend this building enough, and if I travel with this group size again, I'll definitely book this unit. Just gorgeous.
