This lovely townhome has been beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home and charming mountain decor. This beautiful townhome is just blocks from a beautiful sandy beach and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and only a two-minute drive to the North Lake casinos at Crystal Bay, Nevada.

Enter on the main level with a 1/2 bath, gorgeous kitchen with granite counters and bar, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, recliner & couch, new flat screen smart TV, dining table for 6 and a game table. Newer back patio!

All 3 bedrooms are upstairs: The Master has a Queen bed, sitting area, full bath and flat screen TV/DVD; 2nd (back) bedroom has a Queen bed; 3rd bedroom has bunk beds (80 lb limit for top bunk), a double bed, plus full bath in the hall.

One-car garage is available for your car plus space for one or two more vehicles in on the left side of the driveway. Newly expanded back patio has a Gas BBQ available year-round!

NEW! High Speed Internet is provided with this property, but connection cannot be 100% guaranteed. Cell service can be spotty at times.

A Gem in King’s Beach

I purposely chose this home because of its proximity to the beach, we walked there every day! The duplex was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. It had anything we might need AND the beds were comfortable.

Comfy and Beautiful

This home is beautiful inside. It's spacious and comfortable. It's also immaculate and decorated so nicely. The location is great and it was nice to be able to park my car in the garage. Our only problem was being so busy with activities that we couldn't stay and enjoy it more! It's a great place to kick back and relax.

Shakespeare on the Beach weekend

The beds were comfortable and location is 1/2 mile to Kings Beach. We walked to the beach easily. We had 3 couples and all fit well with plenty of room. The house was nicely decorated and furniture was in good shape. There is a one car garage to fit a car or beach gear. All bedrooms are upstairs so if you have mobility issues, I would not recommend. Kitchen is small but well appointed. I would stay here again.

Walking distance to beach but a long walk to carry beach stuff. We loaded our van with awning, beach chairs, etc. the night before, than parked it at the beach parking lot first thing in the AM. Then biked or walked back to have breakfast and get ready for a day at the beach. Only downside to the place was the Keurig coffee maker which did not allow us to use all the coffee we had brought and required us to buy Keurig pods. Suggest hosts make a Mr. Coffee or similar available and also post the Keurig instructions.

Excellent location

Location was great, within walking distance to the beach and shops. Place was as advertised, beds were comfortable, communication was good and timely. We stayed for two nights, and with two families (4 adults, 4 kids), and everything worked out well. Overall no complaints. Would stay here again.

A couple things we didn’t like is previous guests left garbage in the garage recycling bins, so we had to take it out ourselves due to the bad odor. Also, the water heater was off, so we had to wait a few hours to get hot water. Other than that, the house was very comfortable.

The rental agency was great about communicating and helping to solve minor issues. The hot water had been turned down and we had to figure that out House was fine for our purpose but could use some TLC Overall a great weekend trip

We entered into space in binder. 2./ NO bar soap, hand liquid only. 3./ NO spare key. 4./ NO key for trash locker. 5./ Toliet seat Brocken-downstairs bath. 6./ Land line telephone does no work.Nice property, good location, would return, however, above mentioned items were irritating. Great location. Good floor plan. Even some bears strolled by.

We stayed here with 4 kids who all shared a room. Luckily one was small with the weight limit on the top bunk. Great location - close to beach. Well furnished. We cooked dinner there two nights and had plenty of pans/utensils/etc. would definitely rent again.

Kong’s beach rental

The property was clean but a bit dated. Felt like a cabin in the winter so it would be great for a winter vacation. Spacious and nice floor plan. The location is great for access to Kong’s Beach but is close to a questionable neighborhood.

Really loved the property and all it’s adorable touches! Great close to downtown and walking distance to the beach location! The only downside was the alarm malfunction on the last night, and the night manager not being able to help me so we could sleep. Otherwise a place we’ll absolutely be returning to!

We housed family members of all ages here during a week long family reunion. All the comforts of home--comfy beds, great kitchen, beach towels, games, washer dryer complete with detergent.
