This villa complex is composed of Villa Cantik & Villa Kallayaan, complex of 2 villas, 6 bedrooms, located in Seminyak, the fashionable seaside resort of Bali.

Villa Cantik
Sumptuous villa made of a subtle mix between contemporary style, typical Balinese tropical villa and the finest materials you can find on the island.
This lovely villa is located just 10 minutes walk from the famous Oberoi street where you can enjoy the best restaurants, the finest shops and nightlife spots.
Each of the three spacious bedrooms are equipped with king size bed, Satellite TV and en-suite bathrooms.
After active days of discovery in Bali, you can gather with your family and friends around the large dining table or in the comfortable lounge located in the bright living room opens onto the swimming pool and the tropical garden. Unless you prefer to relax under the sun on one of the sunbeds or enjoy a cocktail at the outdoor lounge which overlook directly into the pool through a window.

Villa Kallayaan
The villa is a sober and elegant place where modern and exotic architecture are mixed harmoniously.
It is located just minutes away from the beaches of Seminyak renowned for their beautiful sunsets but also the equally famous
Oberoi Street with some of the most upscale shops, bars, and restaurants in Bali.
You will enter the villa by the living room which opens onto the tropical garden and the pool. On your left is the long bar of the fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has 2 master bedrooms and a smaller one that can accommodate two adults. They are all air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TV with a DVD player. The two main bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, one of them even has a beautiful terrazzo bathtub lined by exotic plants and trees where you can relax while gazing at the sky.
The lush tropical garden surrounds the magnificent swimming pool where you can cool down and around which you can sunbathe comfortably installed in sunbeds provided for this purpose.
You will enjoy all the modern comfort (LCD TV, cable TV, Wi-Fi etc ...) and the tranquility of the place will allow you to revivify yourself in order to fully appreciate all the charms of Bali.

Please remember that Bali is a tropical island with amazing biodiversity. You might see all kinds of exotic and less exotic animals during your trip. Included small insects like ants and mosquitoes as well as harmful small lizards and geckos that are very common in Balinese homes and hotels. Due to the proximity of the rice fields all around Bali, on rare occasions, you might meet a rice field mice or even more rarely a snake (almost all of them are harmless).

We do our best to control the mosquito populations in our villas by doing fumigation twice a month, cleaning the place thoroughly every day and maintain the garden several times a week, unfortunately (or fortunately!) we can't eradicate every living creature. We provide mosquito spray and electric repellent.
