Renovated throughout with a contemporary flair. 2024 master bathroom remodel with new shower and flooring, 2023 Kitchen remodel with new Cabinets, Large Island with lots of storage, New Cambria Countertops, beautiful Back splash, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, and new lighting. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, Great Room, Open Concept Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and washer and dryer. Heated pool with large Lanai, outdoor dining area, gas fire pit with seating area, cement dock with lounge chairs. Very quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and near Matlacha fishing village where you can watch the Dolphins and Manatee swimming and playing in the gulf.. The house is fully furnished and has a large gas Weber Grill, beach lounge chairs, and coolers. It is a short drive to Punta Gorda, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Naples.

This home is located close to Sandoval and Surfside shops in SW Cape Coral.

Great Cape Coral Stay
The house was very clean upon arrival and had all of the extras we wished for in a vacation home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the beds were extremely comfortable. The furniture, decor, and ammenities the property provided made it a very updated and enjoyable home to stay in. We were able to view a lot of wildlife in the canal and the sunsets were fabulous. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in the Cape Coral area!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Very clean and beautifully decorated. My kids enjoyed the pool of course! Great Stay
This was a mini vacay for me; just Labor Day weekend. Everything was as advertised and the location was great. Quiet neighborhood but just 2 miles to shopping and restaurants. Ill be back.

Wonderful experience in Cape Coral
All was best and the house was clean and well maintained. Lots of extra pool stuff was available for a great time. The same for a stay at the beaches. We called Greg for an issue and he promptly took care of us. Great property manager. We had one minor point that wasn’t ideal being here in the hot month of August, we couldn’t park our SUV in the garage and therefore in the shade. The owner has his car parked inside, to the far right and only compact fits comfortably.

Everything was absolutely perfect the moment we walked through the doors. First thing out of my teenage boys mouth were it’s so clean, feels like home:) I would highly, highly recommend staying here! The owners are so hospitable and so easy to communicate with. I have stayed in A LOT of VRBO homes but this one was by far the best of the best!! Everything was so clean-We felt so comfortable all week!

Amazing family vacay
I can’t brag enough about this location, the house, the amenities on site, and the ease of communication with the owners. My family of four loved staying here and would not hesitate to stay at this property anytime we’re in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area. The house had so many of the things we needed and a lot of wants as well, from everyday use items in the kitchen to the “oh I wish I would’ve brought that” and it was there item(s).

Nice Place and Quiet Neighborhood
The overall stay was very enjoyable. However, the location was not as convenient as other stays in the Cape Coral area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with whatever you could possibly need. The checkout process was quite extensive, and nothing like we've ever been asked to do when staying at other Vrbo properties. The laundry room was quite noisy and could not be run at night due to the adjacent bedroom. We really appreciated all of the beach gear, but could have used more buckets, shovels, etc for the beach. The pool area was nice, but some of the chairs were old and rusty. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

All you could want
Fabulous villa in a lovely location alongside a canal. Peaceful and relaxing in a very well kept area. We would highly recommend this comfortable villa to anyone. We were very happy with this rental. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. We were contacted several times by the owner and property managers to ensure everything was running smoothly, which of course it was.

My family and I had to leave our home for a number of weeks while storm damage was repaired, so we decided to search the area for vacation rental to stay in for the time. We were very pleased and happy with our stay here and would recommend it to any family or friends coming to our area. Although we were staying at the home because of displacement for a period, it was like a vacation and had a lot of happy memories made in it. Very grateful to have found it and been accommodated as we were.

This home was very clean and had a lovely lanai and salt water pool. It had many amenities in the kitchen for cooking. We enjoyed the outside space and sunset views. The fire pit was fun for making s'mores.

This rental had all we needed. Check in was easy. The only downfall was having to keep the thermostat set at 74. We are use to keeping ours at 68 so we didn’t sleep well at night and was hot during the day. I will definitely question this before renting again.

Kurt and I are residential remodelers in Minnesota. In 2022, we remodeled our Kitchen with custom cabinetry, large island, Cambria Counter tops , and enhanced lighting throughout the Family Room and Kitchen. Luckily, the house did not have any interior damage from Ian. It now has a new roof and all of the lanai screens have been replaced.

Why they chose this property

We selected this home for its location and because it had previously been used as a vacation rental with a great track record. We love the sunset on the canal and the wild life. The birds, fish and other wild life are fun to watch from the Lanai. Mornings are extra special sitting out on the Lanai listening to the birds sing.
