'Its All About The View' This location offers social distancing at its best, the white sandy beach below is the least used beach on the island and is out of the people traffic area but .5 mile to the activities. This owner listed condo boasts the panoramic unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, Bowditch Park, with Sanibel Island in the distance. All windows and two balconies face the water. On your master bedroom balcony, have your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water and the Florida natural park right in front of you. From the lounge chairs on your large beachfront balcony is the perfect setting for an evening beverage while watching the spectacular Sunset over the Gulf. This location is one of a kind. Vacation Villas is a privately owned building on the no hassle traffic North end of Ft Myers Beach. Times Square, Central Ft Myers Beach is a short beach walk, a ten minute sidewalk stroll or you can pick up the trolley that stops right outside the building to take you to all the dining, the evening entertainment, and the shopping Ft Myers Beach offers. This unit has a King bed master suite, with a full bath & a master bedroom Gulf view balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with the 2nd bath right next to it. Cooking is easy in your granite topped and stainless kitchen. A stove top, convection bake/microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, with all utensils, are available to create that great beach meal. Adjacent to your kitchen is a dining table and a granite topped breakfast bar that allows you guest interaction while you are hard at work in your home-away kitchen. The living room has a Lazy Boy air mattress pull out couch, a love seat & a side chair with a flat screen Smart TV. Through the living room you can enter the large beach front balcony that presents the panoramic unobstructed view of the white sandy Beach, the back bay boating channel where it meets the Gulf of Mexico, Florida's natural Bowditch Park, and Sanibel Island in the distance. What a view!!!! Relax in your lounge chairs while watching all the beach and water activities pass right in front of you. If swimming in a pool is more to your liking, this building offers a large community heated salt water pool. This home-away-from-home is ready for you to enjoy the perfect Florida beach vacation, has been just freshly remodeled and super clean!!! Cleanliness is our first priority!! Incredible views & location!!

This is an amazing condo right on the beautiful beach with in walking distance to all of the fun water excursions, shops and restaurants! Condo was very clean, had everything we needed and we loved the plus of having the beach chairs and umbrella! We can't imagine a better place to stay!

Very comfortable!

A friend and I stayed here to enjoy some sunshine during our gray Michigan winter. Everything was clean and comfortable! The place is well cared for and up to date. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

Fabulous stay here. The condo is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Great for the beach and all necessary equipment provided. Great restaurants in walking distance and the trolley stop is right outside if you don’t want to walk.

Wonderful getaway

We spent a week here and loved it. The accommodations were perfect and views from every window direction were what brought the Florida experience home. The condo is ideally situated to take advantage of beach combing and strolls in Bowditch Park . The open air tram nearby made visiting time Square a breeze and made our time there that much better. Accommodations were first rate and the owners were very attentive. Loved the visit!

Wonderful stay at this Beachfront Condo! Owners were accommodating and friendly in all of our requests and communication. The condo was exquisitely clean and very comfortable. Great trip!

We really enjoyed the condo! It was very clean, convenient, and had everything that we needed once I learned the microwave was also an oven. Only issue was that we were locked out for several hours due to malfunction of door lock but everyone was quick to respond and correct problem. Would definitely recommend this unit and hope to return one day!

Delightful condo on quiet north end of Ft. Myers Beach. Fabulous views, great shells, amazing beach with gentle waves and currents. Condo is well appointed with everything we needed and a great place for a small family. Owners were wonderful and welcoming. Whole experience was our family's favorite Florida beach vacation to date! Wonderful Rental Experience

In the past, our family would visit Fort Myers Beach every summer and stay at a hotel. This was our first year visiting with a condo rental. We had an excellent time. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The view from the condo was spectacular and we enjoyed all of the amenities. When we return to Fort Myers again, this condo will definitely be at the top of our list.

Wonderful week from the minute we walked in the front door. The condo was clean and spacious. The view from each lanai and window was breathtaking. Anything you would need for a week at the beach is provided for. The welcome mimosas were the icing on the cake. Would definitely return!

Great Place to Stay!

This was my first experience VRBO and I can tell you I was very impressed. The condo was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They provided everything except food so all's you need to do is pack your bags. The view from the living room and balcony is breathtaking. Short walk to the beach. Elyse was wonderful to work with through the whole process. We will be back to stay again next year!

The views and the beach were spectacular. Very little traffic on the beach, but a shot walk to the pier and action if interested. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely supplied. The communication was wonderful . New what to expect and the contact the day of arrival was nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Michael from Minneapolis.

Mother-daughter trip

Everything was absolutely amazing! The place was so comfortable from the cushy couches to the beds, we were thoroughly relaxed in the condo. The views were great and the location was perfect. We loved being in a quiet area and could walk to everything. Pelicans everywhere! So fun to see them diving! We saw dolphins daily and even two manatees when we went shelling on Sanibel! Perfect relaxing trip for us. If we ever come back we’ll try to stay here again. Loved this part of FL!

We really enjoyed the condo and it’s location. Condo as advertised with nice beach & gulf views from 4th floor spacious balcony. Gorgeous sunsets., easy beach or sidewalk walks to town with many bars and restaurants to enjoy late into the evening and safely walk back from. Beautiful park next door, beach chairs & umbrella supplied in condo. Nice pool, what else could you ask for. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect condo for our family of 4!

This condo was fantastic! The stretch of beach in front of condo was never very busy. The views of the gulf & bay from the balconies were phenomenal! The condo was far enough away from the main attractions to not be crowded but still within walking distance. The condo was very clean & spacious. Our toddler loved the long hallway. The owner reached out to us during our stay to make sure everything was up to par & it was. We have already booked our stay for next year! P.S. Charley's Boathouse was our favorite restaurant.

Spectacular views - we found our beach

This was our first time to Fort Myers. We found this little gem after researching units across the whole island and we feel like we hit the jackpot! This unit was the perfect size, was well equipped and every window we looked out of had a view. It’s right on the beach and right next to a park. The walks every morning on the beach, the sunrises out the back and the sunsets from the balcony in front were a bonus along with the easy walk to town. Communication with the owner was super easy. It had everything we needed and more! We will definitely be back some day!

Great Beachfront Condo

The perfect condo for the perfect vacation. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The unit was spotless, and the view unmatched. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on and had wonderful soft sheets. It was nice to not have to go to the store to buy things like paper towels, TP, etc...everything was provided! Linda and Elyse were a breeze to work with, and very responsive. Our first VRBO experience and it was a dream. Thanks!
