This is a townhouse-style home in Bethany Beach, walking distance from the beach (just under a mile). The immediate vicinity is a great area with many nice restaurants and other shops/stores. This quiet, private, cozy condo development has 8 units with a central courtyard. The parking lot is directly off Rte 26. We actively work to keep the house in good condition to keep the guest experience high. Our neighbors are very friendly! You can stay closer to the beach, but it can cost twice as much- this place is the best of both worlds.
Towels/sheets are NOT provided. Guests have option to bring own, or arrange via local service (Gale Force Rentals) who will drop off/pick up based on your needs.

- Beach Equipment: chairs (4+), toys, umbrella, small cart
- Some board games, puzzles, books, kids toys
- Infant swing chair; Dining table booster seat; Portable pack'n play baby crib.
We ask guests to please take care of things and kindly replace anything if lost or broken while in use, or at least notify us so we can address for the next guests.
NO PETS, of any type or size, no exceptions (including service & hypo-allergenic animals). Non-compliance = eviction with no refund and additional cleaning/inconvenience fees. Please think twice before you before you book, there are plenty of pet-friendly options out there.
Parking - 3 vehicle limit
NO SMOKING - same policy as pets.
AGE 28+: Renters must be at least 28 years of age. Sorry no "Beach Week" / high school / college / groups.
Recent upgrades include....pretty much the entire house! Too many to list.
There are 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom suite takes up the entire 2nd level, has a private bathroom, new giant flatscreen, small sitting area, opens onto 2nd level deck overlooking courtyard, shaded by an oak tree. Master has ample floor space and spare air mattress if needed. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. One has a queen bed & flatscreen; Other BR has a bunk (full size on bottom / single on top); each has sliding glass door to back deckway leading to grill area and private outdoor shower.
Total bed capacity = 8 persons. Can accommodate a couple more using air mattress (provided) and/or couch (queen sleeper sofa). The first floor has living room with TV (cable & streaming), kitchen, counter w/ breakfast bar (2 stools), dining area/table, washer/dryer. There is an outdoor shower and charcoal grill (charcoal not provided).
There are several convenient stores/shops in the immediate area (~200 yards) - Grotto's Pizza (w/ adjacent Sports Bar), Wawa, Rita's (ice cream), liquor store, Bethany Diner, Bike/outdoor store, manicure place, chinese takeout, Di Febo's Italian Restaurant, DiFebo's Market Store, and "Off the Hook" (#1 rated restaurant in BB).
There's a nice nature center/trail & small playground across street. There is a trolley stop 100 yards away, a great way to get to/from the beach or downtown Bethany. Parking pass is included for designated "residential pass" parking areas for free beach area parking (please remember to replace upon checkout). No parking pass needed on premesis.
We make every attempt to supply paper products and soaps/detergents for all guests to help until you're able to get to the store.
MONTHLY STAYS do not include electric bill (to be paid separately at end of month). All other utilities are included in the base rate.
