LOCATION – This condo is situated exactly where you want it, just off the Four O'clock Run and close to the base of Snowflake lift, making its access to the slopes unrivaled. The Four O'clock Run is in your backyard conveniently allowing you to ski all the way home at the end of the day, or even for a quick lunch. Walk less than ten minutes down the street and you can be eating at your favorite restaurant in town or shopping at all the local boutiques.

AMENITIES – This unit comfortably sleeps six with a main floor queen bedroom and additional sleeping space in the loft area with two more queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Get cozy in the living room with a fire in the fireplace or to watch the big game on the large flat screen TV. The gorgeous high-end kitchen has stainless steel appliances accented by light wood cabinetry, custom concrete countertops with an eat-in counter that will seat everyone in your group. After a big day of skiing, take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

Quick Extended Weekend Ski trip
This was a great location and property. Easy access with a short walk to the lift and a short walk to Main Street for restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

close to snowflake
The location was great, a little under 200 ft walking to Snowflake, right on the yellow line for the bus....can ski in if you are paying attention:) Kitchen is well stocked with an air fryer, blender, insta-pot. If you love a hot tub soak, read the fine print as I didn't and the hot tub is not on premises - it is a 6 min walk. Overall suitable for our family.

Great location for family ski vacation
Highly recommend the property for family with kids. Proximity to Snowflake lift was great and ability to ski right back to the condo. We also enjoyed the walkability to downtown. Upstairs sleeping is great for kids although I wouldn't suggest this location for 6 adults staying there due to low ceilings on the upstairs two beds.

The condo is in a perfect location, walkable to Main St, a short one block walk to the Snowflake lift, and ski in right off 4 O’clock run. Inside was perfect, clean and cozy. We loved the gas fireplace. There is everything there that you need. A nice, comfortable stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Main floor space is super charming and has all the necessary amenities. Upstairs space is something I’ve never seen before! Due to the slanted roof, two of the beds have ceilings that are legit right in your face. It isn’t totally awful, but not ideal, especially if you’re claustrophobic. Hot tub and pool are not within walking distance and we’re not available during our stay, which was a bummer. Absolutely loved the spiral staircase, but it’s not very convenient for hoisting luggage upstairs.

Lovely Condo by The Stream
We were here end of Aug '24. Loved having the windows open and falling asleep to the sounds of the creek! Condo was very surface clean, but time for a deep clean: windows, base boards, walls, cabinets. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated spices, etc left by other guests. (Nothing in the fridge.) The pool and hot tubs (3) were a bit of a walk, but we enjoyed twice during our stay. Coin laundry on site was handy as well. We tried to get coins every time we visited City Market. Check for leftover laundry supplies before buying your own. The free gondola ride is within walkable distance. All in all, would stay here again! Attn Management: although the 4 o'clock lodge is a non-smoking facility, a person from The Foxes Den on ground level would smoke foul smelling cigars, etc on the premises. Of course it drifted up into our open windows and balcony. This didn't happen once; it was a daily occurrence.

Just as described and a lovely condo
We came here for a weekend getaway and enjoyed our stay in the condo and the town on Breckenridge. The condo was just as described and met our expectations. It was clean and convenient for walking to town. There is also a nice path for hiking just up the street which we enjoyed. Overall, we were pleased and will return!

Very nice condo
We enjoyed our stay very much. Wish we had known it was third floor, which was a challenge for a couple of octogenarian flatlanders! Once we worked our logistics, it was great. Great location! We especially enjoyed how quiet it was except for the welcome sound of the lovely stream below our bedroom window.

Beautiful summer getaway

Great place!
Great condo, perfectly located. The teenagers loved the beds, bathroom and privacy up in the loft. Great kitchen, great to have a mudroom/entrance area for skis & boards. Snowflake lift is literally a 3 minute walk and you can ski directly back to the property on the 4 o’clock run. Ideal. Plus downtown is an easy walk. Great place. I hope we can stay again.

Great Location and Clean Layout
This place is an easy walk up from downtown Breck; which made a stroll to grab breakfast or a drink very enjoyable. We really enjoyed the bubbling stream outside of the building which sounded lovely when the windows were open. The space itself was perfect for my wife and I; we had a 2nd bathroom when we needed it and plenty of kitchen space to cook and eat in.
