This unique flat includes a fully furnished kitchen (quartz countertops, Stainless appliances) two king size bedrooms, two full baths and two patios overlooking the ocean.

Whether you are relaxing on the beach, enjoying the Pool, walking or biking on Summer Beach’s scenic shaded paths, playing tennis, exploring historic Fernandina, shopping, dining or playing golf on one of many fine Island courses, you will find your stay to be filled with fun, adventure and luxury!

Your Sailmaker Condominium is just steps from the Ritz Carlton’s activities and events!

This is a non-smoking unit. Vacation Rental Amenities include:
Two covered patios (one off living room and one off master bedroom suite), HD TV, free hi-speed wireless Internet, three cable TVs, VCR, stereo, CD player, fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer. All linens and cooking utensils are provided. In addition to two king size beds, the unit has a sectional sofa that can be used for an extra adult or children.

Activities and Attractions include Miles of beaches, tennis, pool, golf (several convenient locations), beautiful walking/running trails, boating, fishing, jet-skiing, wonderful Island restaurants and shopping, tours of historic Fernandina and much, much more!

Wonderful vacation

This property is exactly how it is listed. Beautiful, clean condo with all the essentials you may need. Only steps to the beach. Brenda did such an amazing job with all the information we received. From initial booking, to recommendations on restaurants to local attractions , she covered it all. She was quick to respond with any texts I sent. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent!

We spent Thanksgiving week at the condo with our shih tzu. The unit was very clean and came with everything needed to spend a week there. The location is on the 1st floor with a beautiful view of the ocean, and a ramp to get to the ocean. Summer Beach community is in a very quiet area, and easy to get to the trails for walking, as well as shopping. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Condo!

Condo was beautiful! Pictures of the condo are accurate. I liked the coded door so there was no key or card to keep up with. Fully stocked. Plenty of nice linens for both bathrooms. Very clean! Beds were very comfortable. Nice parking. Area is beautiful. Pet friendly. Nice walking areas around condo. Only drawback was the walk to the beach. The dunes in this area are very large. There is a nice Trex walkover but at the end is a large sand hill on both sides. So if you are elderly or have health issues the walk down to the beach and back up can be a challenge. The best thing we did was rent umbrellas & chairs from Riptides the last day we were there. Instead of trying to carrying them ourselves down to the beach. Riptides set them up @ 7:45 a.m. & didn't take them down until 5:00 p.m. So much easier for us older folks! Awesome communication with the owner Brenda Jackson! She text the morning after arrival to check in on us & to see if everything was ok. I appreciated that!

Loved every minute of our stay

We've stayed in this unit before and it is definitely our favorite! We love the privacy of the two king suites and the unit is always clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for our use (although the toaster doesn't work well : ), and the view is great! We love staying there.

Perfect Beachfront Dog Condo

This condo was made to host couples who love their pets. It was decorated to withstand people going to the beach and also not disturbed by having a pet with you. The whole condo complex had many families with pets staying when we were there. It is an older complex but serves the needs of those who want to be right at the beach. The lawn in front of us had resident box turtles and an armadillo to keep everyone entertained.

Fantastic beach getaway

The weather was hot, the beach was great, and the condo was perfect. Seeing the ocean each morning was a much needed tonic for our family after a busy year of job changes and work projects. The ground floor setup is great for easy access to the beach and bringing in groceries! Wonderful condo with great owners that are very responsive to renter questions.

Great property….. Brenda was SO helpful. We hope to come back in the future with family. I would have given a 5 star for cleanliness, but the grill was not clean. It did not affect our stay at all. We loved being able to bring our dog. 👍

Beautiful home and location

This is our second year in Amelia Island and truly recommend the southern part due to the bike and walking paths. The home exceeded our expectations; the condo area was very quiet, and the location for walking and biking was ideal. We enjoyed ourselves at the Ritz for the additional amenity card.

Right on the beach

1st floor access easy to get to.....easy to walk out back sliders right onto access to beach.....large condo and comfy furniture and bed....with preferred step in shower.cold weather was a downer....but still provided a quiet " battery charging time" to relax with ocean in sight and sound 24/7. Really appreciated the pet friendly ability too as our shi tzu discovered the beach and waves.

This was the best experience we have ever had with a property owner. Robert and I are semi-retired and own three properties on Amelia Island. Robert grew up in Jacksonville, so he was somewhat familiar with the Island, but we both really fell it love with it when we visited in the early 90's. We loved it so much, we would drive from Atlanta every other weekend - getting here late on Friday night and leaving for home early Sunday afternoon. When we crossed that bridge to the Island, it always felt like coming home. Our dream was to someday be able to make the Island our home. In 2002, we finally realized that dream and moved here! We have three condos on Amelia Island - a 3 bedroom/2bath condo at Forest Ridge, a 2BR/2BA in Summer Beach Village (Sailmaker) and a 2BR/2BA Amelia Landings "Treehouse". We thoroughly enjoy managing our condos and we have met so many wonderful people. We do our best to make our condos special for our guests - a place they would like to come often. Some have even gotten the itch to move here, too! We highly recommend it!

Ground floor with fabulous views of the ocean. Grilling is allowed on ground floor and charcoal grill is provided. We (the owners) spend lots of time caring for our unit and our guests. Each bedroom has its own private bath and each bedroom is separated by the living area - giving maximum privacy. Portable crib is included at no cost if needed. HD TV with lots of stations. Free hi-speed WiFi. No carpet - very clean.
