By far the best location on Hilton Head Island!!! Continental Club is located just off of Coligny Circle in South Forest Beach on HHI. Short walking distance to Coligny Plaza shopping, dining, grocery stores, and nightly activities.

This very private townhouse has three bedrooms and two baths and a fully stocked kitchen. Private courtyard with grill. Beautiful natural setting with a pool shared by the guests. Located across the street from the nicest stretch of ocean beach on the island.

Guests will enjoy the many features of HHI including beautiful beaches, walking/biking trails throughout the island, boating, fishing, and nightly activities during the summer vacation season. Fall/Spring is ideal for those seeking a relaxing trip without congested traffic. Also, this is the premier place for golfers seeking a weekend trip with five star rated public/private courses. This townhouse is ideal for one or two families staying together or for a foursome of golfers down for the week. Clean, affordable, and convenience make this condo the perfect match for a great trip to HHI.

Our family vacation.
We loved the condo. So clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beach chairs and beach wagons. Great location!!!!! Our only complaint was there was only enough parking on premises for one car.

Perfect Stay!!
We stayed here with our kids and friends and it was absolutely perfect! Short walk to the beach, playground and shops. Mary was an absolute pleasure to work with and made our stay easy and was able to give us tips for a great week. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were clean and updated. Beds were also very comfy. It’s a very kid friendly area with so much to keep them happy and occupied. Thank you again Mary for such a wonderful stay!

This was a great property at a great location. About 8 min walk to beach which was not bad for Seniors One thing that needs attention, bed mattresses need to be replaced. Well equipped with dinning and cooking utensils. Easy communication with Owner Mary.

Issues and Complaints
Not very good. Could only use 1 bathroom bc the upstairs bathroom was leaking downstairs in to the kitchen so that was horrible. Then the floor in the kitchen was wet with water every single day. It's like the water was coming up through the wood flooring so you always had to walk around the house with shoes on or else your feet and socks got drenched. By the way nothing was spilled. The house wasn't very clean at all. Overall we went down with higher expectations then what we left with. We also killed about 8 roaches. We won't stay here again. It sucks to bc it's in a great location, If we would have had a better experience we would always have stayed there. Thank you

Great location!
This unit was nicely updated. It was prefect for a group of 3 separate couples. We had no issues during our trip and everything was as expected. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Great location horrible owner
We had an issue with the unit and the owner completely ignored us during our stay. The upstairs shower leaked to the kitchen below through a recessed lighting fixture. Obviously this was a safety issue and we wanted it dealt with. The owner " Mary Elizabeth " did not return my calls, texts or emails. She completely ghosted us during our weeks long stay. This turned a 3 bedroom 2 bath property into a 3 bedroom 1 bath property. Not fun for the group. I will not rent from her again. Stay away!

Great location & good space for family
After much research, we selected this property for our two-week stay in Hilton Head. We selected the property based on location and layout for our young family. The property has a first floor master and two spacious bedrooms upstairs offering our kids their own space in the evening. The patio is private and was a nice place for the kids to play and for us to enjoy a drink in the evening. The pool was rarely crowded and just around the corner from the unit - the kids loved swimming there. A few items to note - the master bathroom fan needs replaced - it’s so loud we couldn’t turn it on. The upstairs tub drain needs inspected - it was difficult to fill up. The kitchen does not have a disposal and the dishwasher lights do not operate so you are not exactly sure what setting is operating. Master bedroom was comfortable, however suggest room-darkening blinds and curtains. Only the family room tv is set up with a Roku. You will need to bring your own set-up for the TVs in the bedrooms - thankfully we did since we have traveled a bit. Overall, the property was great for our needs, offered plently of space and was an excellent location walking distance of all of our favorite things - pool, beach, ice cream, grocery store, new playground etc. Communication with property owner was average on VRBO, and after locating contact information outside VRBO the communication did improve. Check-in was accommodated early, which we appreciated with our young and tired traveling kids.

It's a short 7-10 min. walk to the beach and a 6-8 min. walk to Coligny Plaza. The location was private and provided everything we needed for a family vacation (fully stocked kitchen, extra beach chairs).
