Third floor has queen bed and 1/2 bath with dramatic views of Popponesset Bay. The house has 2 zone air conditioning and includes cable and WiFi.
Beautiful waterfront deck with conversation set and a private dock for fishing, swimming or your boat. Once on your boat, you have access to the ocean via Popponesset Bay. The dock will accommodate a 32 ft boat. Beach: The Spit is 9/10 mile. A vacation dream home.
