About this property

This wonderful rental is one of the only ski in/ski out complexes in Mammoth. It is a 50 yard walk to the trailheads to ski down to Canyon Lodge or Eagle Lodge. All trails to and from the condo are well-marked and groomed by the mountain! You can ski, sled, snowshoe, mountain bike, and hike right from your door.

Enjoy your apres' ski hot cocoa or beer on the comfy couch overlooking the Owen's Valley by the roaring wood burning fireplace.

A short walk across the driveway brings you to the clubhouse with his and hers saunas and a jacuzzi. In the summertime you can enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool or lounge poolside with views down the mountain and the fresh pine trees.

We provide hiking, biking, skiing, and rock climbing guide books and maps for Mammoth Lakes and surrounding national parks and monuments like Yosemite, Mono Lake, Devil's Postpile and numerous lakes, streams, fishing areas, and camping sites.

Dogs are welcome, with pet fee.

**Please note the cleaning fee is the cost that the company charges us. There is no up-charge.**

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal at home. There is seating for 6 at the table. We also have a bbq on the patio and propane is provided.

There is a TV in every room and fast high speed WiFi (500mps).

The master bedroom has wonderful natural light and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub.

**The road up to the condo is steep and can be icy! You MUST have 4-wheel/AWD drive and/OR chains.** You are responsible to check the weather and road conditions in winter prior to departing for your trip. If you have any concerns about the weather for your trip, please be sure to purchase trip insurance.

There is a single car garage for the unit.

There is one flight of stairs to our front door and no elevator.

This condo is our home away from home. We continue to make it more cozy and encourage repeat guests to stay with us year after year.

Great Ski-in/Ski-out Pet Friendly Condo

We stayed at Christian's condo for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The checkin and checkout were simple. The cabin is well appointed with a small and efficient kitchen well stocked with plates, pots and pans, etc. The BBQ on the balcony was perfect for grilling some of our dinners. The location is excellent a moderate walk to start and finish skiing at the beginning and end of each day.

Cozy comfort

A great condo and a great location with ski in and ski out a two minute walk from the front door. Well maintained unit with updated amenities. Host was exceptionally kind and responded rapidly to assist in getting access upon our arrival during a major storm when the main route up the hill was closed. Simple and clear instructions for check-in and checkout. Loved our stay and we come back again in a heartbeat.

Great location. Ski in ski out was so easy. Great communication with owner on any needs. Had an issue with wifi and it was resolved quickly. A little dated in some areas. Would definitely go back again.

Real Ski In/Out Experience!

Really great property, awesome views. Plenty of room for family of 4 (two kids under 10). My wife loved all the hooks scattered throughout. Usually we stay closer to the village but we wanted to try a true ski in/out and this did not disappoint. Skiing out is a little bit of hike uphill in your boots to the trail that puts you into the top of Blue Jay, but it's a good warmup. Skiing back is literally skiing back to the front door, which was an amazing way to end the day. We didn't get a chance to use the community area hottub/gameroom/sauna but it looked pretty cool.One note, it's a bit of windy road up to the condo complex so make sure you have AWD or chains if it's snowy conditions.

Terrific Host, beautiful view

Our host was extremely responsive, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable and we cooked happily in the kitchen. The couch in the living room was a great place for everyone to hang out after a busy day.

Parking issue

Garage parking was not practical, we were driving a Toyota Forerunner which did not fit in the garage. The garage depth is good but the width is small. 4 wheel drive is a must at this location in the winter. View was wonderful

Great spring skiing stay

The place is cute and well kept. Given that it’s pet friendly there is some dog hair / smell but over all good place and good location. View is awesome!! The cleaning could have been a bit better as there were some cobwebs in one of the rooms and it was a bit dusty. Maybe add a few more wine glasses to the glassware! The new heating system was fantastic. Couple minor things just to be aware of. 1) 1 car garage is very narrow. Get out of the car before you pull in and tuck your mirrors in. 2)

Excellent weekend stay

The condo was just as described with comfortable beds and furniture. The host communicated well and was very accommodating. The hot tub is right across the driveway and was extra large and perfectly hot. The overflow parking was full but we were able to fit into a spot that may have been unavailable had their been any snow removal in progress. The access road is very steep as described so we were prepared with chains and fortunately did not need them. The ski access is just a short walk away but some of us struggled to find our way back and wound up walking through another neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay--walked into powder

This was the perfect place for our family. Comfortable master with king and private bath, large 2nd bedroom with 2nd bath, and well-equipped kitchen and living room. The walk to the slope takes some energy--it's up the complex road to the end, then a short hike through the snow, but it's totally doable and much better than having to drive. This was the place to be after it snowed two feet overnight--we caught the first powder as we skied out to the lift. You drop in on a run above chair 8 and ski down into Canyon Lodge. I was a bit nervous about missing the trail back, but I found it the first time and never had an issue. The garage is right below the unit. It would be a tight fit for any large vehicle, but it worked great for us. I want to stay here again!

Extremely Disappointing Stay- Dirty Condo + Everything Broken

We had an extremely disappointing stay over New Year's weekend. Check in process was simple, but everything after that went downhill. The condo had garbage strewn around everywhere--both inside and outside, multiple things were broken (toilet paper holder, toaster oven, etc), host personal items were left out such as humidifiers in bedrooms filled with dirty water and growing black mold on them, and lights in bathroom did not work for our entire stay. Meaning we used restroom, showered and bathed our children in the dark each and every day. Very disheartening and horrible experience. We reached out to the host and shared some of this feedback during our stay, particularly about lights not working in bathroom and he told us to try the fuse box, to which we did and it did not fix the issue. In order to try to enjoy our time in the mountains, we held off on sharing the rest of our feedback until our departure, to which the host was unreceptive and would not take any responsibility for the disrepair and filth of the condo + our experience. There are plenty of options around Mammoth, I'd skip this one if I were you.

Thanksgiving at Timber Ridge

We spent our thanksgiving at this great 2 bed 2 bath condo in Mammoth lakes. Best place we have stayed at in Mammoth so far. Great fireplace, good setup for sleeping cooking your meals, and relaxing. Views are top notch as you are above all other places in Mammoth. Highly recommend this for anyone. Me my wife and our two kids loved it. Just make sure you can handle stairs and the drive up!

Awesome location for our Mammoth trip

We have stayed at this location this past weekend, the 2nd time and just as the first time, was a great choice! The location is super convenient as our main activity for this trip was hiking. Quick drive to Lake George where there are plenty of hiking trails. It is a very spacious 2 bedroom, with plenty of beds for a big family ( we were just 3 but it can fit a family of 5 easily) We came with our furry family member who was very comfortable here. The views from the livingroom balcony are amazing. Highly recommend it for families!

Amazing mountain condo. Best place I’ve stayed.

This is a really great mountain condo. It is a great value and the owner is probably the easiest person to work with that I’ve ever dealt with. The condo is nice clean, and the access to the mountain is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Why they chose this property

It has always been my dream to own a home in Mammoth and when I started looking, we were surprised by this gem in Timber Ridge.
I wanted a place where we could enjoy our time indoors as well as out and in all 4 seasons. Light, bright spaces are top priority!
I love bringing my dogs, kids and friends.
When my realtor showed us unit #33, I could not believe my luck, or the views. When she showed me exactly where Canyon and Eagle were from the condo and that we could ski right down to start our ski day, I may have actually laughed with joy.
