This beachfront condo is the perfect vacation getaway for up to four people. It is located directly on one of Puerto Rico's most beautiful beaches. This condominium building is centrally located in the heart of the trendy Condado area and is situated between the Marriott and La Concha hotels. Right next door you will find the Marriott Hotel and Resort which boasts a casino, spa, massage sessions, and a concierge that can book any kind of island excursion or activity you may be interested in. There are plenty of shopping opportunities and numerous restaurants all within walking distance. You can take a walk or run around the beautiful Condado Lagoon. Popular touring sites such as the Rain Forest and Old San Juan are just a short ride away. The apartment is about a 15-minute taxi ride away from the Luis Munoz Marin Airport.
Our condo is equipped with complimentary and password protected WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. All sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. The bedroom hosts a king sized be for your comfort. For planning purposes our check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.
The full wall of glass in this spacious eighth floor condo provides you with an ocean view you will never forget. There is also a full sized balcony that will enable to you take in the stunning ocean views more fully.
Feel the experience of being so close to the beach that the tropical breezes fill the apartment and let you sleep to the sound of the ocean's ebb and flow.
We'd love to host your stay in this tropical paradise.
Parking is available but you must reserve a spot. There is a rental fee of $10 per night. Please let me know if you will require parking and I will walk you through the instructions to reserve a spot.

Big 1 bedroom unit included everything needed. Thankful for the extras, beach chairs, towels, etc... Clean, comfortable and many safety features. The location is walkable to everything needed. Easy Uber to Old San Juan and other local attractions. Would prefer TV in living room. Great stay!

Very Fun/Urban Beach Area

Very nice place, with amazing views. Was just as happy sitting on the balcony as we were sitting on the beach. This is a very urban area with heavy nightlife. Uber friendly area, but renting a car seems convenient enough. Convenient location, would recommend!

Fantastic location just steps from the beach. The apartment was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great vacation, condo was clean and well appointed. Cannot beat the view and access to the beach! We walked everywhere for the whole week, with the exception of getting to the rainforest and old San Juan. We cannot wait to come back!

Everything was amazing so cozy . Very clean and just all around great ! The location is literally the most amazing part 1 minute from the beach another minute to the strip lol !! And not to mention I felt very safe because the condo is gated as well ! I will be returning!!

Breathtaking Views!

If you are looking to stay somewhere other than a hotel this is the place. Absolutely breathtaking views. Location is prime in Condado. Many restaurants along the main street and a CVS and Walgreens that is open 24 hours right at the corner. We loved staying here. Having an AC in both the living room and the bedroom was a plus. This place is perfect for 4 people.

Just beautiful!

The condo was perfect. Very clean and well appointed. The 180° view from the balcony was mesmerizing. The location can't beat. Air-conditioning worked great and the building is very secure. Right on the beach. The host, Debora, was a pleasure to deal with. I cant wait to go back. I highly recommend this condo.

The stay was great. It was good being on the beach. Right around the corner from lotta activities which is great. The lowest that was there was no water pressure and there was any hot water until the last day. But we got around it no problem. We will book again With these owners. Thank you for the opportunity.

Great Beach Condo

I stayed here with my 5-year-old son and husband. The location is fantastic. The unit was secure and easy to access. You can see the beach from the rental and everything needed was an easy walk. We were able to walk to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, and beach. The elevator and entire condo lost power several times during the stay. The condo is on the 8th floor. This could pose a challenge for those who rely on the elevator due to mobility issues. It was a good location to stay with children. The couch folds out and can sleep 2. The beach the property is located on is a bit choppy for children to swim in, but there are calmer waters about a 6 minute drive away.

Great Stay

We had a great stay over five nights while visiting the island to attend a wedding. The location is great for getting to many of the local sights and there are plenty of decent restaurants right down the street. Debora was quick to respond to questions during the initial booking process and the one time I contacted her after our arrival, which was in response to a message from her, I had no issues getting in touch. As other reviewers have noted, the number of keys is notable. Since we rented a car and utilized the garage associated with the unit, this meant we needed to carry even more items with us. While we had no issues ultimately doing this, needing five different remote/keys to gain entry is a lot to tote around. Since the street was filled with beachgoers upon our arrival, I also had to drive around for a bit while my mom worked out how to get into the unit to obtain the gate and garage remotes. One other note is that the elevator did go out one time, however, it was quickly repaired on the same day. The maintenance worker, as others have mentioned, is extremely helpful/friendly and was very apologetic about making my 69yo mother walk up the stairs.

I could have stayed there forever!

I was very disappointed that I had I to leave, I guarantee that you will be too. This place is beautiful! It has spectacular views of the beach and the ocean from the balcony and the bedroom. I enjoyed having meals on the balcony with the sight of the ocean and the sounds of the waves. The beach is a few steps away and the water is pristine. It is located in the perfect area, lots of restaurants, stores, and 2 pharmacies are within walking distance. It is right in the middle of all the action. You really don’t need a car in this location. I was able to get to and from Old San Juan on an electric scooter, there were many available across the street, you find them everywhere they were a real convenience. Just download the app and you good to go. Debora & Steve are fantastic hosts, they are quick to respond and quick to check up on you. They have done an incredible job with this place, it is 5 star! The apartment is well equipped with everything you will need and more. It is clean, cozy and well thought out with quality appliances and furniture the only thing missing is you, book it as soon as you can, you will not be disappointed.

Awesome Stay

We checked in on a Sunday and everything went smoothly. The owners details and instructions were simple and easy to follow. It seems like a lot at first but I loved the security of the stay. Didn't have to worry about any unwanted guest. Debora replied to ALL of my messages promptly and answered all questions and concerns. The maintenance man was super friendly and made sure things were in line. The condo was comfortable, great view and everything functioned properly. I had/have only one concern while there and even the Condado maintenance workers couldn't answer my question. So, about 3 times during our stay they would bring a backhoe onto the beach entrance area and dig up/open a trench to the water by the Puerto Rican flag. This ditch when opened exposed a concrete drain that looked like it was connected to the street drains. This appeared to allow water and anything else from the streets to run into the ocean. This raised some swimming and sanitary concerns. There was a light smell of sewer close to this area. But honestly this was my only concern/complaint.

Five weeks was not long enough

Excellent stay!!! My wife and I stayed in April 2021 for one week and absolutely loved it so this time we returned for five weeks while 'working remotely'. 1. No issues with internet strength or connectivity which was a HUGE relief for me. 2. The pics on the website are real…Atlantic Ocean front balcony w beach below. 3. The open air and breeze were priceless. We never once closed the bedroom windows or door wall while in the room…the sounds of the ocean crashing down all night long were a dream come true. 4. King bed was almost too comfortable in that it's hard to get up combined w the sounds of the crashing waves below. 5. Great walkable area down Ashford Avenue full of shops, restaurants, bars and beautiful hotels. 6. There is a full-size CVS and Walgreens within a one minute walk which have everything and more that you will need. A popular bank is located at the same corner. 7. The host, Debora, was incredibly helpful and timely w any questions that we had. This is a very important item when dealing w rentals. 8. Very spacious balcony to enjoy meals. We even bought bikes from Walmart and had plenty of space to store on the balcony. 9. Kitchen was fully equipped w everything we needed. 10. Plenty of storage space for clothes, etc for our five week stay. 11. Last, but not least, was the building maintenance man, Jorge. This guy was simply amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful and full of positive energy. It was a treat to 'fist bump' w him every day before going for my morning walks. Overall, it doesn't get much better than this unit. Five weeks was simply not long enough. :)

A well equipped apartment right in the beach in the perfect spot. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and a cooler and had a wonderful stay.

We love to share our little piece of heaven with people like you who can appreciate the warmth and beauty of our island paradise and the culture of it’s amazing people.
We have successfully run short term rentals both here in Puerto Rico and another home on the Chain O Lakes in Northern Illinois since 2009.

We have renovated this apartment since the date of purchase in April 2017. Our building is located directly on the ocean. You will be hard pressed to find a better view of the beach and the water than from our apartment. We take pride in maintaining the property to ensure you enjoy your vacation home away from home experience. Each night, you'll be lulled asleep by the ebb and flow of the waves.
We'd love to host your stay. The area has multiple shops, restaurants and grocery options all within walking distance.
