Our "Summer Wind" home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths and comfortably sleeps 10 people. Its elegant open floor plan makes it the perfect family retreat, including a large, comfortable living room, gourmet kitchen, three rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a bunk room, and multiple balconies overlooking the Atlantic.

Located in Mantoloking, our home is a few short blocks from the area's charming restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors. And a short 10 minute drive to both Point Pleasant and Seaside Boardwalks. Kick back on the balcony in front of the fire pit and watch the surfers and dolphins, or grab a board and join them!

Planning on staying awhile? We've made sure our home has all the conveniences of your own ... and more! Inside you'll find a large flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, wireless internet, washer/dryer, central A/C, beach gear, outdoor grill, games, books, tupperware and an outdoor shower. A pack 'n play and high chair are available upon request.

Beautiful stay on the beach

Very nice oceanfront property with direct access to a quiet, relatively private beach. We stayed a week at the end of the season. Cary is a good, accessible host. Lots of outdoor space and seating for our group of 7. Primary bedroom is wonderful. The other 3 pretty standard. Nice kitchen and excellent appliances. Suggest adding a TV in at least a 2nd bedroom. 1 roll of TP/bathroom and paper towels is not enough given the nightly price. We were warned in advance but c'mon!

Welcoming Seaside Retreat

The home exceeded our expectations— The layout was perfect for everyone; we all had ample room and privacy. This home provided a wonderful venue to enjoy family with spectacular views of the ocean and sunrise!

lovely oceanfront home

Beautiful view of ocean from second story deck with gas fire pit off of master bedroom. Kitchen had everything you would need for preparing meals. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Great towels, linens and toiletries provided.

Awesome Beachfront

We had a most wonderful time with friends and family at SummerWind. The house exceeded our every expectation. Excellent communication and accommodations with the host. Location is quiet and beach was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised by the diversity of wildlife: dolphins, rays, pelicans, and fish. Fun location, with amazing amazing sunrises and beautiful stargazing at night. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Perfect week by the beach

Cary’s house was impeccable and we had a fantastic week. The location of the house right on the beach can’t be beat! Cary and her staff went above and beyond during our stay to address every question and concern we had. I can’t speak highly enough of the attention we received. Spectacular Luxurious Oceanfront Home

This will be your vacation to remember!! You will truly feel like you stepped foot into a life of pure perfection at this beautifully appointed and luxurious beachfront home! The house is so comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation both inside and out! We had a house full, 4 married couples and two little ones. ......This home is just steps to the beach on an easy access private path :) Family friendly with an amazing open concept --plenty of room to spread out-- and a gorgeous deck with stunning evening lighting. Just great for dining, sunning and relaxing with family and friends. The bedrooms and baths are HGTV decor...you will love this place! Our host Cary was wonderful , and so responsive to every need. It was a pleasure from start to finish! Needless to say, it was an amazing home to share with our family! ENJOY!

Everything you ever wanted in a VRBO

This was a fantastic VRBO. We have stayed around the world and this was the best, most courteous service we have received. Every bit of the home showed they cared. New toothbrushes and new toothpaste (in case you forgot yours), great toilet paper, big TV, lightning fast internet (358.8 Mbps download, 14.1MBps upload), along with plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap. In addition to the fantastic service, the home was as great as the photos. For our family of Mom, Dad and 3 kids, there was plenty of space. Master bedroom + 3 bedrooms, each of which had its own bathroom. There were bunk beds in one bedroom and a futon in a spare room, so it is possible for this home to hold a few more people, if needed. The upper deck has a beautiful view of the ocean. The outdoor shower has a fantastic aroma of cedar and plenty of water pressure. Great home. Great service. This is everything you hope for in a VRBO. I loved this place.

Summer at the shore

My husband and I, along with our three children (ages 9, 11 and 12) recently spent a week at the Summer Wind House. The location is fantastic. The beach is your backyard, just off the first floor deck, and the views from the second floor deck are incredible. Inside, the amenities and decor had us all feeling right at home - this is definitely not your average shore rental! Cary responds quickly and is very professional, yet still manages to make you feel like you're staying at a friend's. It is a pleasure to work with her. We look forward to returning. Thank you Cary!

Beach Heaven

Everyone in my family love the entire week at this beautiful home. It was well equipped, beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and clean. Even the sheets and towels were high-quality! The owner was very responsive, and got back to us within five minutes of every text or phone call, and accommodated our special requests. Literally, everything was there to make our vacation spectacular!

A great family experience

Our family really enjoyed it and had a wonderful time. The house was in tip-top shape,well-furnished, and easy for us to acclimate.The owners and caretaker provided a lot of information and were very helpful. The only drawback was that the beach in that area had multiple dunes to negotiate before you reach the ocean. That removed some of the sightline from the house. However, overall it was a great experience!

Spectacular family vacation in beautiful home on the beach!

This home has it all! It is beautifully decorated, insanely comfortable, and it supplies you with everything you need and more! Cary-the owner-was extremely responsive and available for all questions and concerns. Beautiful house, lovely interior, great amenities and owners who really care about their renters.

Our first time staying in a beach house, so we didn't know what exactly to expect. The owners made it such a delight. Incredibly responsive, friendly and attentive. The property is on the beach with unobstructed views. The master bedroom is stunning. We accidentally broke one of the window strings, and they were so understanding about it, and even came over to see if they could fix it...and brought with them the best cheesecake i've had in a long time. So considerate, fixed a stove problem within hours of us letting them know about it, as well as a wifi issue. They clearly care about their renters overall experience and make every effort to address any issue you may have. The interior is decorated perfectly, with classic beach decor and new furniture. The fully stocked kitchen made it very easy to take care of our three young kids' needs. I was apprehensive about spending a week in a strangers house for the first time, but was completely happy with the whole experience. I'm assuming not all owners are as professional and caring, and it really showed in the way they treated our family. Wouldn't hesitate to go back every summer.
