Great place to stay even during the huge strike.

You couldn't be more central to the sights of Barcelona. The metro is right there, the big market is a couple of blocks away, you can walk everywhere.

Las Ramblas

The place was great! David was quick with responses and very flexible on arrival. The bedrooms are toward back of apartment so there was no issue at all with noise. The apt is centered in the action with easy access everywhere. I would highly recommend this apt!

I'd stay here again

Fantastic location, clean apartment with lots of space, very comfortable, and safe. Although it is just steps off the Ramblas, it is also quiet. We were never kept awake by noise. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

David was very friendly and accommodating. Met us at the location and gave a nice orientation of apt and city. The location was excellent, centrally located in city center and very close to metro. Walk to many sights from there. Facilities clean and modern. Would definitely come back.

perfect modern apartment in perfect location in Barcelona!

David was a very responsive host to us throughout our family's week-long stay in his beautiful, modern apartment just off the Ramblas. The apartment we stayed in is his "other, larger, nicer, 4-bedroom" apartment than the one advertised on vrbo/homeaway. The location is perfect--a half block off the Ramblas brought down the normally very high European city street noise to a reasonable level. He was able to accommodate our early check-in request and provided timely responses to our questions about use of the apartment cook top and other items. Highly recommended!
