Luxury home with all amenities for 6 people only. 3 bedrooms,with a King and TWO Queen beds and each has its own full bathroom. This accommodates 3 couples or 6 people. If you need accommodations for 4 people, you get the 4 people reduced price and the two bedroom, 2 bath house. If you enter 1 or 2 people, you get the l bedroom 1 bath guest house with full kitchen, living room, washer dryer and all amenities in the rear.
the three bedroom option (6people) has the Large living room area with big screen 72" smart TV. all GE Profile stainless steel appliances. Including range, microwave, ice dispensing fridge, dishwasher, washer/ dryer. Internet, cable TV.

Even the clubs on Frenchmen St. are NOT ALLOWED amplified bands after this hour and have been cited and shut down. There are high fines for breaking this regulation which is now STRICTLY being enforced. The neighbors will now complain to the police and a knock on your door and a citation will be presented.
DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING AN IN HOUSE PARTY. THE NEIGHBORS WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY NOISE because the residential homes are less than 5 feet apart in this area. If you are cited and warned and noise continues, you may be asked to leave the facility with no refunds. Please consider this carefully when making your reservations.

Beautiful property fantastic host!

We were scheduled to arrive just after an historic snowstorm. The host diligently shoveled all all pathways and driveway for us in time for our arrival. Since we arrived late, he graciously left the lights on and turned the heat up for us creating a bery welcoming atmosphere! The property wss elegant and friendly.well equipped with everything you need! I highly recommend this place !

The Blair House, property was super convenient to the airport and to the French Quarter. Great amenities everything was easy to find and labeled. The house was super cozy and definitely had that NOLA vibe. It felt like we were visiting relatives. There was a minor issue when we arrived about using the additional room, but it was quickly resolved. A very nice VRBO and wonderful host.

Perfect location. Cool House. REALLY needs a good cleaning.

The check in is a little overwhelming at first. There's a lot of keys/keypads. Once you get it all figured out, it's alright. Initially, when we walked in, we thought the house was gorgeous. And it is! But, once we settled in and really got looking at things, we were disappointed. When I walked in the guest house, the first thing I saw was mouse feces and crusty drink rings on the night stand next to the bed. There was trim falling off the cupboards in the kitchen, more mouse droppings under the countertop appliances, the countertops didnt look like they'd been wiped down after the last person (or two) and the cabinets/cupboards/appliances are all dusty, gunky, and just icky. In the bathroom, I looked up and saw a patch of black mold on the ceiling. It extended down the wall around the light fixture. I'm sure in that climate, mold is a battle, but ya know.. The blankets were stained, the bed poofed dust when I sat on it. Just overall needs a thorough professional cleaning. The main house was better, but the countertops in the kitchen had dead bugs under the appliances instead. They have notes telling you you're welcome to any food in the cupboards, except all of the food in both houses expired a minimum of 3 years ago (there's solidified garlic powder from 2013). Tuesday, we thought the house had caught fire from the wiring between the first bedroom and bathroom and found more mouse droppings in there. The location is exceptional, the house is beautiful, really needs cleaned.

Perfect house for our family

This was the perfect house for our family and friends to stay in during our visit to New Orleans. We were just a short walk to both Frenchmen Street and into the French Quarter. The neighborhood is quiet and we always felt safe walking, even at night. The house had everything we needed, and we cooked big breakfasts for our group before we started our day. David was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. We will definitely stay here again!!

The house was nice the little bit we were there! We enjoyed the fenced in back yard…nice and private. The screen doors could be fixed but that being said it wasn’t a deal breaker! We’ll hopefully be back to stay again!!

Outstanding Stay

My group and I could not have been happier with our stay at the Blair house in New Orleans. Where to start? The home was decorated beautifully with full kitchen, washer, dryer, great fridge, etc. - all the amenities you could want. A cozy hang out space in the back yard, a nice front porch for people watching, and a living room and kitchen that all could accommodate our group. Ample linens in each room and bathroom, plus toiletries. TVs, and computers (we didn't use them because we were there to enjoy the city) - of course AMAZING location. Walking distance to both hot spots of NOLA - or a short drive. Easy parking. And our host was a pleasure to deal with and really knew his city. Not only do I recommend this amazing find, but I would stay again for sure.

Our host was amazing and the property location was primary. The beautiful home with spacious rooms and amenities galore made the vacation all one could ask for. When we are back in NOLA, Blair House will be our choice!

Property is great for giving you the NOLA vibe. Many details to find throughout the property that give you a nice sense of history. Location is fantastic. Short walks to most everything in the French Quarter or Frenchman Street. Easy to ride share to WW2 museum, etc. Parking was provided off street for our vehicle. Home was very clean and organized. Labels for shelving, switches, etc. Host was very responsive and polite. Beds were very comfortable! Quiet when you're inside. Highly recommended for a comfortable base of operations.

Lovely older New Orleans home with character in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the French Quarter and was easily walkable for most activities. Off street secured parking was a bonus. I would stay here again when traveling to New Orleans.

Luxury accommodations for 6 in 3 bedroom house. Off Street secure parking is rare in the French Quarter, and there is parking for up to 3 cars off street, behind an electric security gate with side entrance into the hall of the house. But, everything interesting to do is so close, no car is needed. The Frenchman Street area with it's unique live band clubs and restaurants, and the French Quarter, are only short blocks walk away.
