Great Stay!

Had a great time at this wonderful property. Beautiful views and convenient location, plus chock-full of amenities. Only thing- the wifi did not work, but the host was very responsive and gracious in working through that issue. Overall it was a fantastic weekend and I highly recommend this stay.

Tahoe Paradise

Great home and location. I stayed four nights with my immediate family including 5 grand kids. The indoor pool was a huge success. Beautiful panoramic views in a very quiet neighborhood but only 10 minute drive to South Lake Tahoe shops, skiing and food. The home had everything you needed if you choose to just hang out and avoid the crowds.

Beautiful location and excellent layout for our family

House and property were as described and couldn't be happier with the location. There were a couple of minor glitches but it didn't spoil the long weekend we had planned. I would imagine the show stopper for most would be the indoor pool, sauna & hot tub and it did not disappoint anyone in our family. We unanimously agreed that we would return again.

wont rent again

we have been renting this house for the last 3 years and this time was our last, the house has spider webbing in every room around the lights, bed linen and towels are not washed, tubs and showers drains are clogged and need to be cleaned. only half of the appliances work, hot tub wont heat up, internet keeps cutting out... the worst experience I have ever had renting a weekend home.

Lake Tahoe Summer of 2021 trip

My family originally planned to come here in 2020, but Covid intervened. We were able to carry our reservation over to 2021. Wonderful trip! Home was perfect for our family to make memories!

As advertised

When you pull up to the garage you think hmmm, is this the right house? Nothing special until you go inside. Beautiful! I can’t imagine a house with better views. Kids loved the pool. There was an issue with the theater projector but the property manager responded via email immediately and it was fixed the next day. My family would stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect distance from all the places we wanted to go also.

Beautiful house and conveniently located

The place is great with a variety of things to enjoy (pool, sauna, hot tub, pool table, views). Everything works. It was just the two of us so we only slept in the master bedroom. The bed is firm and comfortable and if you have back problems, you'll *really* appreciate it. It was also very nice waking up to the views of Tahoe. The house is centrally located with a short 15 min drive gets you into town so you have the luxury of being in a quiet, beautiful area and at the same time, close to everything. The pool table could probably be refelt, but overall, had a wonderful experience.

Great family reunion home.

Nice comfortable home.

Our family chose this property to celebrate our parent’s 50th Wedding Anniversary. The amenities were just as described. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the property. Upon arrival, it seemed it had not been cleaned as there was hair on the floor and a little surprise in the toilet. Other than that, our family enjoyed our stay and allowed us to enjoy each other’s company. We recommend this property as it is suitable for large families and groups.

Love this home

We stayed here for 3 nights / 4 days and we all loved this home, it has everything you need for cooking / baking. The movie theatre, sauna, steam room, hot tub, indoor swimming pool was exactly what we needed. Perfect for 10 of us! Thanks again, we’d love to stay here in the future!

A Mini Resort in One House

We had a great stay in the house. So great we didn't leave the house all weekend. There is plenty do in the house, from the pool area to the theater room to the grand views from the top deck. Furniture is different from pictures, but feel like upgrade to me. The new furniture has a more rustic feel. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans.

Great vacation

Had a wonderful time. The house was terrific and we had everything we needed. We were never bored and there was plenty to do. If you want a nice hike use the one at the bottom of the hill. Thank Mark for being so understanding with all of our questions. We had a super time.

just a few suggestions

the photos are outdated( pool table, couches,table, chairs, outside furniture), the air conditioner does not work well house was very warm, but the rooms do have fans,and they could use some yard work done around the Jacuzzi lots of large stickers and broken paving stones, oh and maybe a larger frying pan. But the memories we shared with our kids is priceless and will be cherished for ever . also great location to pop into town or the store. Thank you

Fun for kids; More work for parents.

Lots to keep the kids busy! A/C setting was set to high to sleep comfortably upstairs. Door screen was broken when we arrived. The manager seemed annoyed when I called to let him know. He advised us the repair would be done the next day but no one came to fix it throughout our stay. We had to put chairs in front of the patio door to prevent the kids from going out and letting mosquitoes in. We directed traffic to use master bedroom to go out on patio. This greatly reduced the allure to go out and enjoy the beautiful view. After looking through every drawer and cabinet in the kitchen for some large pans, we were puzzled why there was only a couple of 8” and a 10 inch fry pan for a cabin that accommodates 16. We had use the oven and use both small pans at breakfast to cook the breakfast meats each morning. It would have been perfect to have two 12-13 inch pans and/or an oblong skillet to prepare the food for our large party. This would have reduced our time preparing and cleaning after meals. I was hesitant to call the manager to request a larger cooking pan or skillet after my experience with the screen door. The pool, pool table, hot tub and sauna helped to make this a memorable family reunion!
