Our community is centrally located with convenient access to downtown, shopping, and theaters. The unit includes a washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave and is located on the first floor.
Note: there is a $100 flat fee for visiting animals. 2 night minimum stay required.

Our on-site amenities include excellent management, a large clubhouse and year round hot tub (pool seasonal, Memorial Day - Labor Day), fitness center and business center.

The 1250 square foot apartment ready for immediate occupancy. Please check the calendar for availability.

Boise trip

The advance communication was excellent. It was a bit hard to make the lock and key work but my husband became a professional at it. The kitchen was well stocked, and this worked out so well for us to be able to cook most of our own meals and to allow the two grandchildren individual bedrooms.

Large condo - great value - accommodating hostess.

We stayed in this three bed/two bath condo for over a month. We found to hostess to be accommodating and easy to contact. The condo was clean and well supplied. It was especially good for us as it was ground floor with a ramp entrance and a walk-in shower. My husband is disabled, so we needed that. When my husband was injured (no fault of the hostess) we had to return home early. The hostess refunded all of the money for the time we were not able to stay. The condo is in a complex that is away from major roads, but convenient to shopping. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Great base to explore

We stayed here as we wanted a swimming pool for the kids and it was worth it. The place was well equipped and the pool/clubhouse/BBQ is a very good facility.

This is a great place to stay when in Boise. It's centrally located. They are great to deal with and take care of things ASAP. This was our second time using it and will definitely stay again when visiting our son who goes to Boise State.

Perfect for us

This was an awesome way for us to save money on our trip. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed so much making most of our own meals as a family. It was affordable and really a very nice complex. Beautiful fountain right out the front. Thanks for a great stay!

Good Value for the Money

Great property owner and the apartment was very clean. Great comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. The location is very central and convenient. The neighbors upstairs were very noisy the last day we were there but the owner was responsive. Otherwise a great stay.

Great 3 Bedroom condo... has 2 bathrooms, washer dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher. Non-smoking, but there is a little hint of evidence in the air that someone had previously smoked in the unit.

Very clean!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property! The accommodations we spacious for the two of us, we each had our own bathroom with a room to spare. The location was perfect for us to visit nearby family. Parking was okay, the reserved parking spot was a bit tight. Overall we would recommend this place and would stay here again. Thanks again for the great stay!

Very clean and plenty of room!

We had a wonderful stay at this property when we were in Boise for our daughter's wedding! The unit was well furnished, very clean and very spacious. We were able to bring our dogs because the unit is pet friendly but you'd never know there had been animals there. Kayla was easy to contact with questions and very helpful! We would definitely stay there again.
