After our original VRBO was canceled we hit the jackpot with this place last minute!Everything was clean, organized and had everything one would need.Great location with a jacuzzi and fire pit Thank you Jason
We loved our stay! Everything in the house was absolutely perfect. The host did a fantastic job communicating with our group. I loved the local drinks in the fridge and the welcome package! The hot tub was a fantastic surprise as well (maybe just didn't look close enough at the listing). Everything was great! The walk to town is very doable but bring your sunscreen!
We loved the location and the house was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything that we needed. The only issue was the hot tub was not working as there was a leak. Other than that, it was a great stay.
This is my 4th stay at this lovely home. Jason our host always answers our questions quickly and even comes over to assist. It is quiet and our well behaved dogs appreciate the fenced yard.
We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again! The beds were very comfortable and the place was super clean. The fire put out front was private with a well maintained garden.Great location close to many restaurants and the Sunday market was a must! Our only issue was the missing hot tub but the owner let us know when we arrived that it had sprung a leak and couldn’t be fixed so they had removed it that morning. The owner left us fresh fruit from the trees and Local beers! Nice touch! He also recommended a great Mexican restaurant.
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot! It is right around the corner from our daughter and son-in-law, and it is very well equipped. Everything was just as in the photos. Jason is extremely accommodating and very communicative when he needs to be.
We will stay here again!
We were evacuated from our home due to the Line Fire and needed a place to stay with our dogs. This home was a perfect place! It was beautiful and a lovely backyard for our two dogs. I even had an area where i was able to telework. This home had everything we ne3ded for our stay! We would definitely stay there again if needed. The host was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. We will be forever grateful!!accaccaionAlthough we were stressed do to
House was comfortable, and clean with all the amenities. Host was responsive to our questions and provided assistance when it was needed. Location was convenient to Old Town and restaurants.
Jason's property filled all the blanks, price, cleanliness, stocked, hot tub (always hot and ready to go), location, etc. Do not hesitate to give this property serious consideration.
Overall a great stay! Only 5 minutes away from some cafes and 15 minutes away from Coachella, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub and Jason always responded very quickly and was very helpful with anything we needed.
We rented the La Quinta home for the holiday ! The house was clean and stocked, for the Turkey dinner. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would recommend to a family of 4 !
I stay in VRBO homes often when I travel, and can think of only a few that were as clean, comfortable, and well-appointed as this one. Jason has done a wonderful job with this home, and is very friendly and helpful to boot. Highly recommended.
We loved our stay at this property. Clean and comfortable. We walked to the shops & restaurants at Old Town, and took a quick uber to the golf resorts in town. Jason was great to work with and made sure that we had everything we needed.
This is a very nice, convenient place to stay and we highly recommend it.We usually rent a two-bedroom, two-bath condo when visiting Palm Springs area and that’s usually plenty of room for the two of us. This was the first time we rented a house and we had to admit we appreciated a little more space, most notably our very own front and back yards that come with the California requisite orange and lemon trees. The house itself was clean and well stocked, with comfortable beds and fully-functional, easy-to-use appliances and a simple Nest heating/cooling system. The house was an easy 10-minute walk to Old Town La Quinta with its restaurants, and a farmers market, art fair and a nice museum/historical center. Also, don’t forget to check out - of all places - the Tower Market. It has some of the best ribs and fried chicken we’ve ever tasted. We also made daily use of the Bear Creek Trail, which is less than a mile west of the house. It’s a paved pathway that stretches several miles along the base of the Southern Santa Rosa Mountains and meanders through a protected nature preserve. From the time we booked until the time we left, Jason was also available to answer any questions and to provide suggestions. He even dropped off some delicious, freshly picked grapefruit, which we obviously don’t get in Illinois and was the best we’ve ever tasted.
Jason is a great host! Always available to help.
The property and home look just as listed. Very nice, clean, and comfy.
