Adorable furnished cottage sleeps six on one acre of lakefront property. Large deck with amazing lake views very close to water's edge. Master Bedroom (Queen bed)with lake views opens to large deck. 2nd bedroom has double bed bunk with twin upper bunk and trundle. Magnificent views and access to water. Holds boat up to 22 feet. Three miles to town of Ticonderoga and Fort Ticonderoga sightseeing. Kayak and Canoe available for tenant use. Charcoal grill for barbecues, picnic bench and adirondack outdoor furniture. Golf course and restaurant within 5 miles. Ferry over to Vermont. 20 miles from Middlebury via ferry or 55 miles to Burlington, VT. Snug Harbor Marina nearby for boat rentals.

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful time. This is quite possibly one of the best views on the lake. The beach was shallow and sandy, great for kids and dog. The house was fully stocked , we used the charcoal grill most nights. Great dock for fishing and tying our boat. Owner was great to work with - safe and friendly neighborhood… we will definitely stay again.

Can’t beat the view

Our stay was very relaxing. Great view of the lake from just about every room. Kitchen is well equipped, Wi-Fi worked well. Beautiful large deck with plenty of seating. Cottage is nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable with the cool Adirondack night breeze off the lake adds to the comfort.

We loved the “Little Cabin”.

Well stocked kitchen & cabin with all you will need for a great week @ the lake! We were amazed by the lovely views & fantastic dock! Our pups could walk in & really enjoyed swimming & playing in the lake! Quieter spot on Lake George but area is convenient to stores, restaurants & other attractions. We hope to return again!!

The Best!

We are so happy to have spent our 30th anniversary at this location! A charming home with gorgeous views of the lake. It's at the quiet end of the lake so you feel like you have the lake mostly to yourself. Night time was quiet and peaceful with just the sound of the waves lapping against the shore. The house has a large deck with gate so our dog could be outside with us and when we got too hot in the sun we all could run down and jump in the lake. The owners, Jack and Anita, were welcoming and we absolutely hope to rent their property again. Thank you very much for a great week.

Great experience!

This was a wonderful vacation for us, with magnificent views from every direction! The house was really nice, comfortable and cozy. The large desk again displayed the beautiful views. The owners were friendly and kind, yet the house was private, set on a large area of well kept grounds! We hope to stay at this fabulous place again !!

Great waterfront property

Well-appointed rustic cabin situated on a nice private waterfront with a dock. We enjoyed our stay very much! A few more chairs by the lake’s edge would have been handy, but otherwise, we had everything we needed.

Great lake house with incredible views

This was the perfect 4 night getaway for my family. The lake house was cozy & comfortable and the views were phenomenal. The lake shore is perfect for swimming since the slope is gradual and stays pretty shallow, which was perfect for our 7 year old. Sitting around the fire pit looking out over the lake at sunset could not have been nicer. Lots of property for our dog to safely run around. Highly recommended!

Spectacular View

This rental was homey and relaxing. I loved the view which could be seen from the master bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. It was wonderful to be able to take a swim right off the yard - the soft sand extended beyond the dock. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We had a great week.

Perfect getaway with my Husband and our 2 dogs

Perfect getaway My Husband and I along with our 2 dogs booked this rental . The cabin is comfortable , clean and cozy. Everything you need . Yard is very large for walking dogs. Neighborhood is peaceful . The owner is very friendly and helpful. magnificent views, beautiful beach and dock space for our boat. Had a wonderful time. Looking forward to going back. Would definitely recommend

We have summer vacation home next door and have been summering at Lake George for over 50 years. Heart Bay is a beautiful, quiet bay with long time summer residents. We love to share our favorite place in the world with guests next door and will gladly make recommendations for favorite restaurants, day trips and shopping.

Why they chose this property

Our grandson is the 5th generation to spend summers on Heart Bay. This is a wonderful place to bring family, friends and pets.

What makes this property unique

Lake George is one of the most beautiful glacier lakes surrounded by Adirondack mountains to be found in this country. Fishing is amazing, the people are friendly and there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy hiking, watersports, swimming, boating, golf or just reading your favorite book on the deck. The cottage is less than 30 feet from the water with the most magnificent views.
