Large eat in kitchen with gathering space. Viking and Wolf appliances, fully equipped. Living room, dining room, sitting room.
Two king bedrooms and two queens. Sleeps eight.
Three full baths.
The backyard is private with a large patio.
Outdoor space for grilling and dining al fresco.
Lots of offstreet parking. (7 cars)
One mile from main track for racing, three blocks to Broadway for nightlife, and two blocks to farmers market.
Two miles to StatePark and SPAC.
For winter visits only seventeen miles to skiing at West Mountain.

Fantastic location and great for gathering
We only had three people staying, but we had a family event so the multiple living areas were great so different groups could have separate chats and mingle as desired. Kitchen facilities were very accommodating. Very nice outdoor patio that was secluded from street. Beds were comfy and rooms were large. Note of caution, this is an older house in excellent condition but the stairs to the second floor are very steep. It was a bit odd to have so many personal food and other items throughout the house. Wasn’t sure what was for use and what wasn’t but owner was quickly communicative when I asked. All in all it was a great place for us and I think it would work well for large groups who have others coming for an evening or two. One thing lacking is at least one hair dryer.

Great race weekend
The house is very clean and comfortable. The location is very close to town and the farmers market which has great food! Sydney was available and helpful as well. The patio was perfect for hanging outside and well shaded.

Perfect House for our family
This house is really perfect for any group that is going to be staying in Saratoga. My son was performing at SPAC over the weekend, so his wife and young child along with 2 siblings and my husband and I had loads of room. We enjoy our time together and the back patio was so nice for that. The kitchen has everything you could possible need and all of the beds were super comfortable. Sydney responded to my emails quickly and the check in process was easy. I would most definitely stay here again, if we were going to Saratoga for any reason. P.S Very short walk into town.

Sydney was a fantastic host and her home was amazing!
Sydney's home was impeccably clean, spacious and beautiful. She was a wonderful hostess and we enjoyed out time very much. The location cannot be beat! We hope to return next summer.

Saratoga Perfection
Location is everything, but a great place to stay makes it a perfect trip! This house is in an excellent location--quick drive to Skidmore, even shorter to the best pizza, Gennaros, literally steps from the farmers market, and then one more block to Broadway. We were in town for Skidmore's graduation, so we had multiple generations in the house, and we all had space to relax (take many naps) and then gather for dinners and breakfast. Indeed, my mother came because we had rented a house with a quiet bedroom/bath.

Beautiful home with a fabulous layout and excellent location.
From check-in to check-out this property was a gem. Perfectly located within a few blocks from downtown easily walkable and we did! The farmers market was literally around the corner and offered a wonderful variety of fruits, vegetables and more. The home was cozy but has plenty of seating for our large family. We felt right at home starting from the moment we walked through the door and right through locking the door when we left. Definitely a must stay home if you are visiting Saratoga Springs.

We could not have asked for a better home or host!!!
Talk about pride of ownership! This place was beautiful, has a wonderful open layout, along with more private sitting areas. Every bedroom is nice and two of them have en-suite baths. The 3rd and 4th bedroom share a large, beautiful bath. This host had everything we needed! We couldn’t have asked for a better place and location that’s within walking distance to downtown Saratoga.

Saratoga Springs was one of 15 cities listed as great weekend getaway destinations with your girlfriends. 6 college friends decided to test the list and rented Sydney's property for our weekend in Sept. This house is perfectly located. We parked our cars for the weekend and walked everywhere except the Roosevelt spa. The house is spacious and well equipped. With 4 large beds and 3 bathrooms there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds are comfortable and the linens and towels were great. The kitchen is well supplied. We had an issue with the toaster, but left Sydney a note so hopefully she has rectified that. This is a great location for a weekend away.

Excellent Place, Convenient to Town
The house was comfortable and convenient. Good sized bedrooms, large and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable dining room and nice outside deck. No BBQ grill as listed but that was just a minor issue. Good parking, convenient to town with a market literally in walking distance.

Wonderful! Great place to reconnect with family in lovely, gracious home. Easy walk to town.
This is a lovely home, with plenty of space for three couples plus adult children. The kitchen is better stocked than my own and the outside seating is a big plus, especially on a gorgeous Father's Day weekend. Bathrooms very well equipped and the towels soft and fluffy. (Hot water in abundance.) Extra bonus: all beds were queen (plus king master). We were able to relax in the home, walk to town to explore, get take out from Hattie's (our favorite!) and have final celebration dinner at Brook Tavern. We are definitely coming back! Sydney is a great host.
