Relax by the River in this modern, peaceful, clean, 2 bedroom, 1 bath mobile home. The home is situated on more than an acre of quiet, riverside land on the Wally Road Scenic Byway. Everything you need for a great getaway! Have a peaceful morning cup of coffee and enjoy watching rafters on the river throughout the day.

Updated with the the most modern and thoughtful amenities throughout, you’ll enjoy central air, a full wrap-around porch with a deck that overlooks the river, free wi-fi, and a fire pit at the river's edge to roast marshmallows and hot dogs, or to just unwind by the fire.

Approximately 4 miles from Mohican Adventures and Mohican State Park, you can enjoy bird watching, canoeing, scenic drives, sight-seeing, wildlife viewing, and so much more.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, Crock Pot, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware and cutlery. Dine at a full-size table with seating for 4.

The living area has a couch, a recliner, a chair and a 44 inch LCD TV with HD DirecTV,

The Master Bedroom features a queen bed, with linens/blankets provided.

The additional bedroom features a queen bed with linens/blankets provided.

1 Full Bathroom with Tub/shower combo. Towels are provided.

We had a great time on-site. I enjoyed the time sitting next to the campfire and listening to nature. The place was clean and the owners were easy to communicate with. It is a great getaway that allows you to enjoy nature but not be too far away from stores.

Nice small cabin on a beautiful winding river. I spent most of my time wading up and down the river fly fishing. Id check this place out again or nearby places in the spring for trout fishing.

To be honest the pictures do not do it justice! The view of the river from the backyard is absolutely amazing and the property was as clean as it was adorable. The property manager could not have been more kind and the entire process was stress free. Excited to schedule a winter visit!

We had a great fall trip staying here. Having a washer and dryer when you have young kids is a huge plus. My only complaint is there is nowhere to put your clothes or coat. I wish the closet could be used for guests. Or a coat rack even? It was a beautiful stay though and everything was clean and inviting. I’d still book it again. They are great hosts and the communication with Mary was excellent.

Perfect for our long weekend in the area
My son and really enjoyed our stay here. The Mohican River is so peaceful, and our long breakfasts on the deck made for late starts to our busy days at Mid-Ohio. We watched pairs geese honking by, low over the water, a couple of ducks, and we saw a bald eagle Sunday morning mixing it up with some crows. The place is well-equipped and immaculate (thanks for the large supply of K-cups!). We got back in the early evenings and enjoyed campfires each night, right next to the river shore, in the fire ring. Jeff and Mary provided more than enough seasoned, dry, cut and split firewood. The trailer stayed warm, and the beds were very comfortable during the chilly nights. Thank you for offering and maintaining such a delightful property. We'll be back next year!
