When booking this we were looking for a beachfront place to stay. To get up in the morning and look out to see the dolphins was great.
I will stay there again
Very Clean and comfortable stay. The view of the ocean was great. The bed was very comfortable and a big plus for me. The front desk was prompt with any needs or questions. A perfect hotel suite for a couple. We enjoyed our stay.
We didn’t want to leave! If you only need a one bedroom condo this is perfect for a small family to enjoy an affordable trip to the beach. This room was on the 10th floor and has a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. You can enjoy the view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen as well. You can walk to several restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Not a good stay
Could not get tv to work.
The unit was a lot smaller than we expected. No counter space in either bathroom.
Main bedroom mattress has issues. The right side is slanted so person on that side has problem staying in bed.

Nice place
It’s not the Ritz, but you’re not paying Ritz fees either. Everything worked and nice staff. I will stay again
Condo was very clean and comfortable! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They help us retrieve a lost in the next day. Beach staff was very attentive and friendly!
We enjoyed our stay. However, one thing that can be improved is the parking. The P2 parking level is too hard to get a truck out of. My husband swiped the wall and scuffed up his bumper due to the tightness of the turn. Other than that, we had a great time and felt safe staying there.
Great location on the beach and great view with everything close by
We stayed a couple of nights and were happy with the condo. Very close to the beach and about a mile to restaurants and souvenir shops. It was a bit small but that is why you are paying the lower price. If kids are over 5ft, they will not fit in the bunks. Kitchen is a great feature. There are 2 elevators and 1 was always having issues but that did not bother us too much. I recommend this condo if you need close access to a nice beach.
This place was fine. We liked the location because we could walk to the beach. The unit was ok-the master bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable, but our kids were miserable in the bunk beds. They were about 4.5 feet long and my kids are 5'8" and 5'6". They didn't sleep at all! But the unit had an excellent view and the water and sand were beautiful!
The unit was fine, The elevators are extremely slow to get to and from the parking to the level. The TV remote was extremely dirty. I purchased some bleach wipes and had to clean it all up. Parking is limited, I have a full size truck and those are not allowed on the upper level. We returned one evening from dinner and the lower lot was full and I had to park on the upper level. It was fine to park but when leaving was almost impossible to get my truck out of the garage onto the ramp to exit. It would be good to post signs for cars to park on second level and trucks on the ground level. I seen several other trucks on the upper level parking with difficulty leaving.
Absolutely loved this place! Amazing location very central to everything you could need. Our room was so clean and so cute, the perfect size for a couple or a small family. The bed was super comfortable, kitchen is more than stocked with all the dishes, pans, utensils you could need. The ice maker in the freezer was a huge bonus. Owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. My *only* complaint and it’s so silly is that the ceiling fan in the bedroom would make an obnoxious clicking noise if you turned it anything above low, but that’s a just a complaint on my part because I can’t sleep without a fan. But in the summer time if you want that cool air after being in the sun, it wouldn’t be fun. If it was screwed in tighter I’m sure it would fix it right away.
All in all I think we have found our vacation spot for all future trips! We absolutely loved it and will return!
Trip started out on a bad note. The room was no where near ready for occupants, despite receiving a text earlier that morning saying it was ready for our arrival. The master bed had no sheets, no window covering for the window facing the walkway; bunk beds had no sheets and used pillows; there was a large black trash bag full of something, floors had not been cleaned; kitchen/living area was somewhat clean, but was not prepared for new occupants. I called the front desk but received no answer, so I called the phone number on the room phone, which was for the other Phoenix All Suites. The clerk was very helpful and told me I needed to move forward and told me a manager would give me a call. I NEVER received a call from anyone. Went back down to the check-in desk, where they did make it right. Someone must have called them, because they knew exactly why I was down there. We were moved to a different room on the next floor, which was much nicer! Not sure what happened with the first room…Property is somewhat dated, however they are in the process of making upgrades. (Not a deal breaker!) Living room furniture was new and was comfortable! Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds.
Despite the issues in the beginning, we had a great trip and the location was perfect. Weather was cold, but that’s out of anyone’s control! We were walking distance from all the shops and restaurants around The Hangout.
Overall a pleasant stay. Everything was clean, view was great, short walk to the beach. The only fault is the living room sofa and chair. There was a rip in the seat of one of the sofa cushions. Also, you could feel the wood frame of the arm against you when sitting by the arm, which was uncomfortable. The barrel chair was okay, but you sank to the bottom once you sat down. Since we weren’t in the room too often, it wasn’t a deal breaker. But hopefully they get new furniture before we visit again.
