Few meters from the lake of Garda

The flat has a big living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom and the flat is situated in a Residence directly on the lake of Garda. In the picture You can appreciate the wonderful view from the garden in front of the house, where from a private passage You can go directly to the beach.

The garden, of 2000 squares meters, has marble tables where it's possible to have lunch or dinner enjoying the sound of the lake and of the birds, having the amazing view of 180 degrees on the lake of Garda. In the garden there is also a private shower.

The apartment is on the ground floor, but the windows of the bedroom and of the living room are protected by railings. The flat has also a private terrace and a private garage..

Where we are: The house is in the village of 'San Benedetto di Lugana', between Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione. Its 30 minutes far away from Gardaland (the amusement park) and Verona, and it's very close to the highway.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen und Entdecken
Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Appartment liegt sehr schön am Gardasee, der nur 20 m vom Grundstück entfernt ist, aber absolut ruhig und erholsam. Das Zentrum von Peschiera ist durch einen 20minütigen Spaziergang am Wasser erreichbar, für die Grundversorgung ist aber alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir konnten sowohl die West- als auch die Ostküste des Gardasees erkunden, die Lage ist dafür perfekt und bietet noch dazu eine filmreife Aussicht auf den Gardasee mit den dahinter liegenden Alpen. Das Appartment ist für zwei Personen mit Hund absolut geeignet, da das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist, aber man sich nicht eingesperrt fühlt. Die Ausstattung ist gemütlich, alles funktionierte hervorragend. Die Vermieter sind supernett und hilfsbereit und haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr erholsam und wir haben viele Orte und Bauten entdecken können.

We zijn goed ontvangen, en overdracht is vlot verlopen, dankzij vooraf gekregen info. We waren daar met een kleine hond, 14 dagen ruime grasveld, om heerlijk in te zonnen, Goed beloopbare trap af +/_ 18 treden. Dan nog richting het Meer/Zee 15 meter en je bent op het grint strand aan het water. lekker toch. Het appartement word goed onderhouden, en het interieur is voldoende, wel veel decoraties wat het geheel onrustig maakt. Het terras is goed ingericht, zowel Zon als schaduw is mogelijk. Er is in de parkeergarage een droge koele plek. afgesloten ruimte. Ook het gehele complex is afgesloten, en alleen toegankelijk voor de bewoners.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Unser Aufenthalt war unbeschreiblich schön. Wir waren zum 2. Mal in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft. Daniela und Stefano haben uns wie immer herzlich empfangen. Angelo di Paradiso ist einfach nur zu empfehlen und wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Urlaub direkt am See mit Hund
Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der saubere Kiesstrand am See liegt direkt unter der Wohnung, neben einem wunderschönen Hundestrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, sowie Peschiera del Garda sind super zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Fünf Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Umgebung
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, der sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man benötigt. Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist klasse. Vielen Dank auch an die Vermieterin, die uns Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben hat. Sie und ihr Mann waren sehr aufmerksam zu uns und unserem Hund, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Urlaub besser als ich es je erwartet hätte!
Die Besitzer des Apartments haben uns sehr nett selbst empfangen. Sie haben uns persönlich in alles eingewiesen. Der riesen Garten ist komplett eingezeunt das unser Hund nicht audbüchsen kann. Auf der Herlichen Terrasse hat man auf sehr kurzer Entfernung direkten Blick auf den See. Vom Garten aus kommt man durch eine Tür direkt zur Strandpromenade. Der Urlaub war einfach nur ein Traum. War schon sehr oft am Gardasee..... Nördlicher. Doch so eine schöne Lage direkt am See hatte ich noch nie. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal das ich in dieses Appartement fahre. Ich freue mich schon auf auf nächstes Jahr. Das ganze drumherum stimmt einfach alles. Den Besitzer noch vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft 🤗

Wir hatten mit den Vermietern von Anfang an sehr guten Kontakt. Daniela hat mir prompt alle Fragen beantwortet und uns viele hilfreiche Informationen gegeben, wie z.B. Perfekte Unterkunft für Hundebesitzer
Das Appartement ist perfekt geeignet für Hundebesitzer. Wir war mit einem Bichon 7,5kg und einem Cane Corso 55 Kg in dem Appartement. Der Hundestrand ist nur eine Treppe entfernt, man kann sich im umzäunten Garten sonnen und geht nur die Treppe runter zum Wasser. Man spart sich die Miete der Sonnenliegen am Strand. Die Besitzer/Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und halten sich an die getroffenen Absprachen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Vue sur le lac magnifique et emplacement idéal
Nous avons séjourné une semaine et sommes ravis! Emplacement idéal pour passer des vacances en famille à quelques minutes en voiture de Sirmione, tout autour magasin, restaurant, le bus pour se rendre au marché, ou les navettes fluviales....le logement est très correct propre calme et sécurisé. Il dispose aussi de la climatisation et le fait de pouvoir se baigner au pied de la maison est super. Je recommande sans hésiter et remercie les propriétaires Daniela et Stéphano pour leur bienveillance et attention...

Entspannter Urlaub direkt am Gardasee
Wir hatten eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit direktem (Treppe) Zugang zum See. In der Wohnung war alles sauber und vorhanden, ebenerdig und mit umrandeter Terrasse. Ein großer Garten (Gemeinschaftsnutzung) mit Blick auf den See lag direkt vor der Haustür. Wir hatten ein großes Schlauchboot mit Motor dabei, was wir leider jedes mal die Treppe rauf und runter tragen mussten, da es keine Möglichkeit gab es unterzustellen bzw. an einer Boje zu befestigen. Für Hundefreunde war direkt vor dem Grundstück ein Strandabschnitt abgesperrt. Teilweise ging es dort recht lebhaft zu :-) Zwei kleine Restaurants waren in der Nähe, aber auch Lidl, DM, Takko und Euro Spar. Zum Ort selbst war es ein ganz schönes Stück zu laufen, Busse fuhren aber auch. Wir hatten unsere E-Scooter dabei, damit war alles super erreichbar. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Erholung garantiert!
Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage mit direktem Zugang zum See. Traumhafter Ausblick auf den Gardasee, ruhige Lage, große Terrasse, Klimaanlage, gute Ausstattung, ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, Einstellplatz auf dem Grundstück und privater Parkplatz in der GARAGE, der unser Auto vor dem großen Hagel bewahrt hat! Netter Kontakt zu unserer Gastgeberin, die uns für unseren Aufenthalt tolle Tipps gegeben hat und jederzeit erreichbar war. Daniela, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Urlaub mit Hund
Die Lage des Apartments ist traumhaft - direkter Zugang zum See und zum Bracco Baldo Beach (Hundestrand). Vom Apartment ist man in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß in Peschiera. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es jedoch auch einige gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Daniela und Stefano sind wunderbare Gastgeber und kümmern sich wirklich toll! Für einen Urlaub mit Hund ist es perfekt, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Traum für ruhigen entspannten Urlaub.
Die Wohnung ist wunderbar direkt am See gelegen. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für Urlauber mit Hund geht es nicht besser. Ein riesiges Grundstück zum Entspannen. Unglaublich ruhig - man hört nur Vögel zwitschern. Die Vermieter Daniela und Stefano sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Der Kontakt war bereits vor der Reise und während des Aufenthalts super. Danke für alles.

Just relax
What a wonderful place. Just relax and enjoy the view of the lake, changing with the weather, do some walking directly from the garden at the lake-side and have nice dinner in the nearby restaurants. The landlady is very friendly and attentive and open to whatever question arises. So definitely very recommended.
