Stayed for a week. I would fire the cleaning crew very dirty. Smoke detector did not work. Buy your own ice. Every inch of the condo was very dated. Will not return. They have an iron but no board. So you could burn the place down but wouldn’t know because smoke detector not working.

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what is in the listing description. We had a wonderful time staying here.

Condo was just as pictured. Clean and roomy. Was stocked with basic essentials and beach chairs/floats. Only thing I would change was the blinds in front room wouldn’t close, and the dryer works, but spent a long time night before leaving figuring out you could Only use quick dry setting. Communication was good. I would stay again in future when in area.:)

I have been coming to this area for over 10 years and this place was awesome. Literally steps from the pool and beach. Clean, inviting, comfortable. Had everything we needed for our time there. Jennifer was prompt and always there throughout the entire process. Great communication. Best vacation hands down. This place has everything needed for a wonderful week of making memories. Hands down recommend and we will be back. Very thankful to have been able to share this little slice of heaven. Thank you Jennifer for being an awesome host. Brian & Valerie

Great place, but................
Everything was satisfactory with 2 exceptions. The wood bed frame sticks out very far at the foot of the bed. I stubbed my toes 3 times and my wife twice...very painful. I would bet anything we aren't the first. Probably won't return unless the problem is fixed. For the price, have half decent outdoor furniture. It's rusty and disgusting. Take some of the profits and buy a new one.

You can’t beat the location. Just steps to the pool & beach. The unit was just right & comfortable. The hostess, Jennifer, was awesome, so accommodating & was there if we needed anything. She even brought us a blender. I highly recommend this place & Jennifer !!

Great Beachside Location
The location of this property was perfect! A few short steps out the patio door puts you on the beach or poolside. The location was close enough to Clearwater Beach to be there in a few minutes but removed enough to enjoy a quiet getaway. It was also very convenient to the restaurants and bars in Indian Rocks Beach, which was a little more laid back and chill than CB. The condo itself was fine... a bit dated, but overall pretty clean and it worked well for the two of us. The kitchen was stocked well for us, but we didn't do much cooking. There are a good assortment of beach chairs and towels available. Jennifer was a great host and offered restaurant suggestions before we arrived, and was very responsive with the one issue we had to reach out to her about during our stay.

Perfection from the Host to the Condo to the View
Jennifer has provided a home away from home. Aldea is truly a vacation destination. The view...it's the Gulf...right at your doorstep. Mornings, before the sun comes up is especially quiet and beautiful to see as pelicans dive into the water...something you don't see every day. Cannot wait to return to Aldea, again. Jennifer, you are the best! VRBO take note: this is how a premier host should be.

Quiet time at the beach!
As others have stated, the property is somewhat dated, but it was clean and the location is great! Had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we were there 2 weeks after the recent hurricane, and the beach showed it. However, that is not anyone's fault just is what it is. It was very quiet both on the beach and in the condo. There was some construction going on for a short time, but texted the owner and somehow she made it stop! Excellent communication with the condo owner.

Excellent trip. The listing matched the property and was even better in person! The condo was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The property was well maintained and the neighbors were great. Private beach that was immaculate right in your backyard. The sunsets were stunning each night. Centrally located with tons of restaurants and shopping 10 mins from Clearwater. Unfortunately nothing was walking distance but only a short drive. Our family had the most amazing week here and I will absolutely be back to the Aldea property in years to come ❤️. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

This was our 3rd year staying in this condo in a June! Perfect view of beach and pool .. very clean and Jennifer is so nice and alway easy to check in and out!! The area is perfect so close to Clearwater and Indian Rocks and down the strip to St Pete..
