Bring your own Roku or Apple TV....Ethernet, HDMI & power available on the TV table!), NEW/updated kitchen with quartz countertops, NEW microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, NEW washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker, & NEW dishwasher. Child high chair seat that attaches to dining chair. Wireless internet, deck overlooking turtle pond where you can feed fish & turtles, 5 minute drive to village, beaches, shopping, (appx. 1 mile) Sea Palms and Hampton Point golf courses are public courses . Jekyll Island historic area and Summer Waves park a short drive south to the next island. Bikes in the shed for your use; bike paths all around island. 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella also there for your use. Two parking spots in front of unit. 1/2 block from The Club fitness center with daily and weekly membership (not included in rate). Great family vacation

Great location on SSI. My toddler (3) loved the room with bunk beds which also had books and toys that kept her busy. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the turtles in the pond out back!

Quick getaway

The condo was absolutely wonderful and we would definitely stay again. Easy to get to, great location and has everything you need. Very comfortable, clean and spacious but cozy. Watching the turtles from the back deck was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend it. Look forward to coming back sometime to stay longer. St Simon’s is a great area to spend some time- beaches, biking and walking paths, the pier, the lighthouse, great restaurants, just a really nice area!

Great

Really enjoyed it here. Thank you for the wine and the goodies. We will definitely stay here again caught catfish off the back deck and bluegill a lot of turtles. They were just having fun. Enjoyed watching them we went to the beach too windy we washed the sheets and put them in the dryer and the towel

Cozy condo- perfect for a comfy stay!

We stayed at this townhome during a cold snap on the island, but the weather didn’t stop us from enjoying our vacation to the fullest. This home was a perfect mix of comfortable and clean, so we felt right at home coming and going between excursions. The housekeeping is amazing, and the small touches of included items made such a difference in our stay. We hope to come back again soon!

Lovely respite at St. Simon's

Comfortable two-bedroom condo was perfect for our group of three to enjoy St. Simon's and Jekyl Islands for the week. Owners responded to our requests in a timely manner. Only negative would be that it is near a very busy intersection and the traffic noise was noticeable from 6am through the morning hours.

Weekend Retreat

Enjoyed the close proximity to my retreat facility, and nice spacious condo to enjoy during my down time. Husband was very comfortable and enjoyed his time while I was at rehearsals.

Great week on St Simons

We had a great week on St Simons Island. The condo had everything we needed for the week. There are no tvs upstairs in the bedroom and if you are a light sleeper, I would bring ear plugs or a sound machine. The condo is on a busy intersection and can be loud at night and in the early morning. My son enjoyed feeding the turtles and the board games/toys/books.

Labor Day getaway

Great stay before the school year

We had an amazing stay. It was clean, near attractions, had many amenities, our girls (10, 7, 4) slept great in the kids room, our bed was comfy, and the turtles were a hit. Also the outdoor shower and the beach gear were amazing to have! There was a bit of noise in the morning from the circle, but it you expected it a bit it wasn't bad at all. We will be staying here again!

Fabulous Condo!!

This condo, super clean and fully stocked, was absolutely perfect for my adult daughter, 2 granddaughters (ages 4 & 7), and I. The hosts thought of everything from books & toys to beach necessities! Everything was so incredibly comfortable, and very user friendly. An ideal vacation stay!!

Lovely place!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The condo was very clean, comfortable, modern, and had everything we could possibly need. It was very close to all the places we wanted to go. We really enjoyed feeding the turtles from the back deck. Excellent communication with very friendly, and accommodating hosts. We will definitely stay here again!

Has everything you need!

Property was very clean and well stocked. The kids loved feeding the fish and turtles and the pool was close to walk to. Only disappointment was there is a grill in the pictures which we specifically bought food to cook on and there was no grill when we arrived.

NOISY with uncomfortable bed!

Older, clean & well decorated NOISY WITH LOTS OF TRAFFIC! The patio was NOT what the description portrayed!!! Its not really a pond, & its a small mucky brown water going nowhere. The patio in NOT relaxing as the condo is on a EXTREMELY BUSY intersection!!!! You are on a corner with cars coming & going both directions ALLLLLL DAY!!!! Especially bad early AM & from 330 to 7!!! All night you will hear motorcycles & loud cars!!! Including boom boxes that rattle the windows! The bed was AWFUL & between the bad bed & noise we couldnt get ANY SLEEP!!! 😑 We had planned this Anniversary get away after a very busy "snowbird season" of working... NOTHING relaxing about this place! I would have never thought such alittle island would have SO MUCH TRAFFIC!!! You are on a corner that is VERY BUSY with heavy traffic coming & going . (Mostly workers & ALOT of noisy big trucks!!!) The pictures show a relaxing patio with a grill ... one of the reasons we chose this place. Guess what??? NO GRILL!!! When we asked the owners they said they are not allowed to have grills anymore. However, many of the other condos near us did! The sun comes up on the patio side, so even if THE NOISY traffic doesnt bother you, its very HOT! We had a wkend planned in Jacksonville after this trip & when we checked in at 4pm the 1st thing we did was TAKE A NAP!!! Were not even nappers!!! But 4 nights without sleep was CRAZY! To the owners, Im sorry! We usually dont complain! Get a new mattress & thicker windows!

Good for the Soul

This was a wonderful trip and a great place to stay! The location was very convenient for doing anything island and while also being easy to leave the island. The host was very nice and responsive with all our questions and the property is lovely and makes for a perfect get away!

Enjoyable Visit to St Simons Island

Enjoyed the visit to the island, and learning that an island in Georgia has such a rich history including John Wesley. Enjoyed worship at the Wesleyan church. The condo is situated near a busy intersection at the entrance of the causeway if your traveling around. The picture shows a grill be there is not one, but plenty of pans for cooking on the stove so worked out fine. Bedrooms are upstairs so not a good place for older folks with mobility issues.

Our only complaint is that the pictures showed a grill and we did not have one! And the traffic was loud but by the second night we were getting use to it. We absolutely loved our stay Wish the weather would have been better but that had nothing to do with the place!

Glen was a fighter pilot and his bride a beautiful Georgia peach who met on the Island ... the rest is history! Yep, we are a military family finally retired after an awesome career in the USAF. Two wars and 9 moves later we are out of the USAF but with two young kiddos I don't think we'll ever actually retire! We bought this townhouse when we first married with the intent of moving back to Paradise. We still will someday!

Close to the marina, close to everything on the Island and close to the causeway avoiding traffic on the Island. We lived in D.C. prior to this and lost our appetite for traffic!
