Enjoyed our time at this Falls unit

Myself and 2 friends were there for some golf and really enjoyed our stay. Well appointed, large kitchen, a comfortable living room, plus a screened balcony. spacious unit, overall. The property was clean, everything fully functional. We've stayed several places at the lake and could not say the same about them. I think that our only complaint was that there were no shampoo items, and that's pretty minor. The location is quiet and has a great view of the lake channel. Communication with Roger was perfect. Thanks for providing an enjoyable stay!

Great getaway

Great location. Great amenities. Only issues: The place had obviously been smoked in at some point in the past, but it was nothing off-putting. The elevators were both out of service on day 1. But nothing the owner could control. Otherwise… great communication. Great location. Great views. Will be back.

Love This Condo

We've been renting on the lake for over 20 years. 4th stay at this location. By far our favorite condo. Perfect fit for our family. The porch is amazing. Having three full baths, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, boat slip, location, entrance from parking, and extra fridge makes our stay comfortable. Hard not to come back to time. Communication is easy and turn key.

Peaceful, beautiful, relaxing!

We booked this unit for our staff retreat. It was the perfect setting. Plenty of rooms/bathrooms. Great space for eating , playing games, meeting! Beautiful view of the lake, lots of room for relaxing. Big screened in deck looking over the lake. So pretty. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Family vacation.

It didn’t look like the condo was cleaned very well prior to our arrival, but I did contact Roger and let him know and we was more than happy to send out the cleaning crew to clean to our satisfaction! We were within 30 minutes of pretty much everything we wanted to do, so location was great. It was really nice to have stuff like an iron and washer and dryer at the condo! Made packing so much easier! Overall very nice stay, and satisfied with our housing! Will be staying here again if we want to take another trip!

Perfect setting

We came to the lake during our fall Holy Days. This condo was perfect for our visit. The spacious deck provided a magnificent view of the lake. There was plenty of room for my family, and the condo was well-stocked. Roger was very easy to work with and responsive to any questions I may have had. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who plans on visiting.

Wonderful!

My family of 6 adults and 3 small children had a great time! Everything was very comfortable and there was plenty room for everyone. The view from the porch was exquisite! The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent condo at a great location on the lake

Condo was perfect for our group. It was modern and clean and was at a great location on the lake. The screened in balcony was huge and had very nice, comfortable furniture. We rented a boat and having the dock available made life so much easier. Went over a weekend in July and expected the lake to be full of boaters but was pleasantly surprised by the boat traffic. Would highly recommend this condo!!!

Great place!!

We loved our stay!! The deck was awesome!! No steps worked out perfect for our group. If you cook a lot, you may want to bring your own spices. Mostly just salt and pepper for staples. Plenty of refrigerator space. We hope to return next year!!

Great place for a great price

Fantastic Rental!

I would highly recommend this rental. First, the owner was excellent communicating almost as soon as I sent a message. Easy to find, beautiful accomodations at The Falls with everything you need to make a perfect vacation at the Ozarks. I'll certainly refer our family and friends to this rental!
