Rooms need updated and Hotel needs more elevators
We have always had good experiences staying at the Phoenix the room we was in definitely needed updated we even bought cooking pans and cooking utensils because spatulas was all burned up pans wasnt large enough to cook beds was all very uncomfortable pull out couch had a big dip in bed felt like laying on rails and the property has 3 elevators you will wait all day to go up and down definitely not happy with this stay especially after paying 3 grand for the 4 nights there

Anniversary getaway
My husband and I stayed four nights for an anniversry get away. The beach this time of year was perfect minus the jellyfish, with fewer crowds so was much more peaceful. This particular unit offered plenty of room for he and I, especially since it was 2 bathrooms so we each had our on. The balcony is large and offers a great view of the gulf and perdido pass. Ots convenient to "the gulf" reataurant as well as cobalts and several others. The negative side for is was a very firm mattress on bed. The showers are standard tub units and are small. The decor is outdated and could use a face lift. The worst part... A very LARGE roach was crawling on our bed while we were in it!! Thankfully we were able to dispose of it but makes for an unsettled nights sleep. It was noisy next dooe with what seemed like furniture moving around as well As unit above us. We enjoyed the beach and time together, but we are both ready to get back to comforts of our on home and bed.

#1207 Has Something for Everyone
We found a home away from home in this cheerful condo, a kitchen with everything, enough beds for everyone, each bedroom had its own bath so there was privacy, and the balcony was our favorite spot of all. We woke up with the sun and sipped our morning coffee while watching a fleet of fishing boats entering the Gulf from the Perdido Pass. The building has indoor and outdoor pool, an exercise room, and a small water park for the tots. It is located a short distance from the Jetty and Pass on the Gulf side, and from several restaurants and gift and souvenir type stores on the road side. There's too much traffic but there is also a traffic light a bit east of the building to help you get across safely if you want to walk. The beach is the best...amazing sand, looks like snow in a half-light. You can rent lounges, so we read a lot...snoozed a lot, too, with the sound of the waves.

Vacation of a lifetime
My husband and I took four of our grandchildren to orange beach and we loved every minute of it. The condo was awesome. It provided everything we needed. So convenient .clean and comfortable. So much to do without traveling very far. Liked it so much we are taking our other three grandchildren to this unit in June.

Orange Beach, Alabama offers comfortable and convenient lodging on the Gulf of Mexico
Our trip to Orange Beach Alabama was wonderful. We stayed in Phoenix East's #1207, right on the Gulf of Mexico, and had a great time. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony where we could watch the fishing boats come and go. The kitchen is well stocked, but there are great restaurants within walking distance of the condo. There are two beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a king in the master, each with a private bath. The Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area has a great line-up of entertainment to choose from, plus a lot of choices for sightseeing (check the area's tourism online sites), but you can't beat the white beaches of the Gulf coastline for catching those rays. We would recommend Phoenix East and #1207 as a vacation spot any time of the year.

Highly recommended for Vacation
My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at this condo and were surprised at how open and spacious it feels for a 2 bedroom unit. There are lots of things to do in the building and stores and restaurants within walking distance. The condo has everything we could ask for...walk-in shower, computer desk, large flat screen TVs. We had a great time except for the colder than usual temps. Maybe next year the weather will cooperate.

Awesome Beach and Condo
We spent a week in this unit and we were delighted at its cheery décor and great assets, which includes large flat screen TVs and an updated kitchen, plus a great view from the balcony. Very comfortable.
