Great place for a nice weekend getaway

Condo was well kept and plenty of room to relax after a long day at the theme parks. Would reserve again next time we decide to enjoy Orlando.

Universal

Great stay, close to Universal. We enjoyed the stay at the property, it was a great size for our family to be able to spread out. Some construction being done at the clubhouse and pool so we weren’t able to enjoy those amenities but we were spending most of our time at universal. It would be nice to have more items for cooking meals but we were able to manage.

Spacious unit

Property wasn’t bad. Comfortable and spacious. Just a few things that could be better such as the master bedroom outside light coming into the room is pretty bad. Ant issue all over unit.

OCCC

We were there for a volleyball tournament at OCCC. The listing was 100% as described. We were late getting to Orlando and getting into the unit was a breeze. It was a perfect location for us and we were able to walk to the convention center in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely try to stay here again next time as it couldn’t have been any better for why we were in Orlando.

We were all very pleased with this property. It was so spacious and roomy. I absolutely loved that it had a small desk to set up my laptop on. It was very clean and had all the necessities. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Great stay!

Great place to stay for business at the Orange County Convention Center. Comfortable, convenient, and check in was easy. There was a small issue was some small sugar ants around the sofa area, perhaps due to food spill from prior guests. But overall stay was wonderful. We'll be back!

Nicely redecorated & roomy...but master shower needs work

Very nice visit. Condo was recently redecorated. Nice laminate floor throughout. Great pool about a quarter mile away. Down side...master shower had almost no pressure...barely usable. Living room sectional...way past its prime. Kitchen supplies in need of help...fluted champagne glasses but no wine glasses. Three small mismatched drinking glasses only. Monster knife and one smaller...that also needs attention. Doesn't seem like the fixes would take much...and yet, the fixes would make a huge difference. Oh, and the clean up crew really should clean the glass table on the patio...it was quite dirty but I cleaned it myself.

Beautiful condo

The condo was perfect, lots of room for everyone and close to Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld. Backs to a lake and has a beautiful view from balcony. Property manager was excellent to work with. Highly recommend.

Convenient for a Convention!

I stayed at this property with three of my coworkers while attending a conference at the Orange Country Convention Center. This property was perfect for the four of us! We each had our own very comfortable bedroom, and the cost was equivalent to two hotel rooms, but we had much more space. This unit is a reasonable walk to the convention center, although the convention center is huge with four major sections. The unit is closest to the South Concourse, and we were going to the West Concourse. We would either walk through the South Concourse and then use the walkways to the West Concourse, or we would take a ride-share when it was too hot or we were too tired. There is a very nice pool in the resort that we had access to, and one of my colleagues enjoyed a relaxing afternoon there after deciding that her brain was too full to handle any more information for the day. She declared that the pool was the perfect temperature, and she was able to rejoin the conference bright and early the next day feeling refreshed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a four day stay, and there was a Publix grocery store nearby. We walked to the Publix a few times using a really nice path that runs along the backside of the resort. We all agreed that staying at this property in the Vista Cay resort made a long work event feel like a mini-vacation.

We were in town for a convention at the Orange County Convention Center

Great place to stay for the convention center as well as family activities in the area. Only a couple of blocks off of International Dr. where there are lots of restaurants and fun activities for the kids. Close to Universal and Disney. Large open floor plan gave plenty of room for our group of 4.

Great Convention Stay

We Stayed with kids and coworkers to experience a large convention at the Orlando Convention Center, while there we enjoyed the parks as well, building was great gated community with great amenities. Home needs some small cleaning issues but I believe that to be the cleaning service not the home owner. Also, 1 roll of toilet paper for an 8 day 6 adult stay was a disappointment but luckily Target does deliver within two hours any extra necessities.

Great condo

This condo had everything for the eight of us ranging in age from 2 to 61. All the furniture was very nice and the beds quite comfortable. Cable television and WiFi worked well, which was great since we arrived just before the virus shutdowns of Orlando attractions were announced and cut our vacation short. Owners were quite reasonable about our need to leave early and go home. The pool and playground ended up providing our entertainment as we chose not to attend the attractions before they closed. The staff were constantly cleaning all of the public areas and providing disinfectant materials for everyone using the areas. This condo and facility made a tough situation quite livable for all of us. All communications from us received an immediate response.
