Beautiful mountain views above with city lights below. This charming dog friendly space is a short five minutes and $5 Uber ride from downtown Asheville yet feels worlds away. Exposed rock wall opposite original outside wall gives this apartment a unique and comfortable feel.
This rental has a private entrance on the side of the house and my entrance is at the front of the house so privacy coming and going is not an issue. I will send instructions when it gets close to your reservation. We have two listings on this property so please read them carefully to be sure you choose the correct apartment upon arrival.
“This is THE place the stay in Asheville! We will definitely be back soon" guest review from another site
Lots of space on this double lot on our small mountain leaves you feeling away from it all even though you're merely minutes from downtown. We are super convenient to grocery stores and tons of restaurants. Very open layout with beautiful archways and a unique rock wall add both charm and class. Super clean and with a great big bathroom. The kitchenette has everything you could need to feel at home when you're away from home. It is equipped with a full size refrigerator, single burner hot plate, a large toaster oven, microwave and a coffee maker. Hulu streaming available on a flat screen TV in the bedroom. Other channels are available with your personal login. What else could you need?! :) This is a very spacious 450 square foot tastefully decorated and well equipped lower level space. Plenty of privacy with a separate entrance and a screen door allows guests to enjoy the fresh air and natural light. Outside space with a table and comfortable seating for guests to enjoy. Suitable for two adults; children are welcome as well although the space is not child proof and I don't have separate sleeping arrangements other than the couch :)
I live upstairs, above the guest space, so I can be available to interact and answer questions or you can enjoy your stay in privacy without feeling pressure. It's totally up to you!
I like to think I live on Asheville's best kept secret! It's quiet, has beautiful views and is close to everything. Depending on which way you go down the mountain you are truly not far from wherever you're headed. You can be downtown in minutes to enjoy all the excitement Asheville has to offer and then retire home in the evening for a quiet peaceful night. You also have easy access to 240 to get to your next hike. I wouldn't want to call anywhere else home!
