Charming Cottage by the Gulf /Dog-Friendly (upon approval)



If you are looking for a quite, peaceful vacation rental in Panama City Beach, you just come to the right place. This cottage is best suitable for couples looking for a romantic Getaway or for parents with 1-2 children. Our fenced backyard cottage is Dog-friendly upon approval for an additional Pet fee of $15 per pet/ per day (max. 2 pets). This clean one bedroom cottage is located just a short walking or a very short driving to the beach. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, refrigerator with ice maker in freezer, washer/dryer, dining table, chairs. Included is a queen size bed, a queen futon, a chaise lounge that can be converted to a single bed. We have a beautiful Argentina Queen Palm Tree in the fenced back yard with patio.
Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Friendly neighbors!
Very close drive to St. Andrews state park, where you can enjoy sightseeing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Boat ramp and dock, Busters Bait shop located just steps away. Walmart, Water park, Amusement park, great Pier Park Town Shopping Center, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Golf and other entertainments, Restaurants, favorites like Capt. Jack's Buffet, Hammerhead Fred's, Guadalajara, Pineapple Willy's, Spinnaker's are just a short drive away. It is a few minutes drive to Emerald Falls for Go-Karts, putt-putt and rides.
Our cottage is located very close to Capt. Anderson Marina on Historic Grand Lagoon where you can rent jet ski or a pontoon boat to visit Shell Island, book a Charter Fishing trip or enjoy a waterfront drink and dinner at Marina Cantina. Free Live Music at Newby's, Foghorn's.
Public transportation is available on Thomas Dr. with a short walk to the trolley stop.

Family Trip

Spent the night here while traveling with my pet pig. Great location and comfy. Well equipped kitchen. The hostess was terrific, communicating check in info thoroughly. Would definitely book a longer stay.

Sexy Little Place

This is an outstanding little cottage for a beach trip! The fenced in sandy, well decorated backyard is a great place to pregame before you head out for the day. The house is close to everything on the eastside of PCB, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owner is extremely helpful and quick to respond if you need help with anything!

Great place to stay with our dogs and fenced in backyard. Its a quiet place and neighborhood was quiet. First time we rented a house. Very clean and everything as stated on the description. We will rent again.

Very nice little unit. This had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable and a great little pet friendly place to stay. Close to beaches and 5 minutes from St. Andrews Park and Beach. We didn’t realize when making the reservation it’s not a stand alone house or cottage, it’s a unit in a little tri-plex with neighbors, there is a shared wall. Although everything was quiet and we didn’t hear noise from neighbors. I would stay here again!

Panama City - first week of August 2023

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a 1bedroom, 1.5bath. Well kept and clean. The kitchen has all you need. The yard for your pets is awesome, it filled with sand and feels like your at a beach hideaway. Love it! We will definitely book again, hoping there will be a TV in the bedroom.

Lovely cottage

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely cottage. Look exactly on the pictures. It very clean n cozy. We met the Host Ron is very friendly and very nice. We were welcome n our kids love it! The neighborhood are quiet and safe. The backyard is exceptional! We Love the persimmons and fig trees. We will definitely visit here again. Thank you.

Short stay in a lovely, quiet neighborhood

This was a short trip with my two small dogs to make arrangements for moving to beautiful PCB. We needed a quiet place in a calm neighborhood, and that's just what we got. Attractions, etc were easy to access from the location as well. I didn't realize that this unit is part of a triplex, but there were no issues with that set up. Well, except that I didn't get to pet the neighbor dog. The patio and backyard area was nice and plenty for my needs on this trip. The unit is ideal for a couple, two couples or a small family. The unit has all of the essentials for a short stay. Parking is convenient, and the door access was great for easy in and out access.

This place was awesome. Very friendly owners. Quiet neighborhood. Pack yard was like your own little oasis. We didn't want to go hardly anything. Cause we loved the backyard. It was fully stocked with everything you needed. I can't wait to go back. We really loved the owners. It was the best place I have ever stayed. Plus I got to take my fur babies. They had everything you needed for your fur babies also. Overall I would give it a 10 if I could.

Everything was great

The cottage was cuter and more spacious than it appeared in pictures. The back yard was very appealing with the hibiscus, palm tree, other trees and fruit trees and cute ornaments around. I sat out with my morning coffee on the covered patio. I loved that I was able to bring my little senior dogs and they loved it too. Tanya and Ron are very friendly and helpful. They live down the street so they're there if you need them.

Nice Cottage

We enjoyed staying in this cottage, it was clean and quiet. Neighbors were quiet. It had a fully stocked kitchen. We we’re thankful we could bring our dog. Will stay here again if we go back.
