The loft is located in a quiet boutique building. It's steps from the TIFF Bell Light Box, Bay Street, CN Tower, Rogers Centre, King West Village & Queen West shops. The Theatre District or Entertainment District is the name of our neighbourhood. We provide a smart device for guests to navigate the city: Samsung tablet loaded with local tips, city guide, map marked with our favourite restaurants, bars, galleries, food delivery apps, etc.

Great LoftStyle Apartment in Downtown Toronto

A very neat and tidy apartment, in a fabulous location for exploring everything that Toronto has to offer. Because the star rating does not allow anything other than full stars the 4 is mean as it just fell short of the 5 star score due to the check in process and getting keys for the apartment via a lockbox, I understand why but when travelling long distance to get there it just detracted from what is a great apartment managed by great people building a business and helping the less fortunate new to Toronto, Do not be put off by this very small aspect as the apartment and its facilities are well worth the stay. The area has a wealth of great bars and restaurants and clubs all of which display typical Canadian hospitality,

Great apartment in a great location

You cannot find a better location for your visit to Toronto, whether on business or vacation this loft style apartment will suit all your needs, The range of restaurants and bars for socializing are tremendous, catering for all tastes and budgets. The apartment is well presented and very modern in both style and decor, and although the lockbox key arrangement is very slightly awkward this should not put you off picking this apartment. The Bang Sue bar and restaurant literally across the road is both lively and great value although their medium spice category is perhaps at the high end of medium but well worth trying. We would choose this apartment again when visiting Toronto.

Superior Location

Superior location at corner of Charlotte and Oxley with direct access to King Street and all it offers. Restaurants, bars, coffee shop, groceries, drug stores are all within a 5 minute walk. Rogers Center is 10 minutes if you're in town for baseball. Check it was quick and easy, unit was clean and set up with the basics for spending time at the condo. The unit itself is in need of some basic cosmetic updates but nothing that would effect your stay in any way. Corner, 3rd floor unit with patio doors that open to the dining area to enjoy views along Charlotte to King. Quiet location so close to all Toronto has to offer. We WILL stay here again our next time in town.

Superior Location

3 night, 4 days at Tran's property. Check in was quick and easy with secure check in code followed by key and fob. 3rd floor corner unit overlooking Charlotte and Oxley. Charlotte is a quiet street with direct access to King Street and all it has to offer, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc.. The best Toronto location that we've experience after numerous stays. Rogers Center is approximately a 10 minute walk if you're in town for baseball. Unit is clean and has all the basics it terms of appliances, houseware, linens, etc.. Unit could use some minor cosmetic repairs but nothing that would effect your stay in any way. Open concept, 2 bedroom, one bath with a bit of a balcony access to enjoy the outside while standing. We will stay here again next summer for our yearly visit, location is too good to pass up.

Well-located comfortable condo.

Tran's condo was just as pictured. It is convenient to downtown Toronto & the entertainment district. Lot's of food options are nearby. Our stay was during the coldest, snowiest weather Toronto has had for a long time, so closeness to public transit was appreciated. We didn't cook meals, so can't comment on the kitchen facilities. We were warmly greeting and bid good-bye by members of the team -- Alex & Kostas. Communication by text was always easy & responses were prompt. We were surprised to learn that parking in the building did not include in-and-out privileges, but Tran did her best to find us other off-site options. As it turned out, the weather made driving undesirable anyway. Some form of live TV (cable or antenna) would have been nice.

Wonderful retreat in a delightful neighborhood

Attending a week long conference, this clean and bright, tastefully decorated apartment was a wonderful retreat after a long busy day. It was an easy 12 minute walk, (that was at strolling speed) to the Metro Convention Center, Along the way was a fascinating array of restaurants and shops. A great drugstore/grocery 2 blocks away on King Street, open til 12am, along the way for any emergency forgotten supplies. Before the end of the week, it felt like "my neighborhood." It is a great location for any convention goers, who might enjoy a neighborhood feel.

Great property with even more amazing local hosts...

This property is in a great location with easy walking to Rogers, CN, Aquarium downtown -- with a chance to experience boutique style residential neighborhood. Property was spotless, well appointed with linens, towels, kitchen-ware, etc. Hosts for this property were very professional & communicative at time of booking, and in advance of departure. Would check off more than 5 stars if available to rate the hosts' service level. They are both friendly & kind and went completely above & beyond in terms of availability & personal attention -- they even came to our property to check on us in person at midnight on the night of our arrival to ensure that we were safe and comfortable following a crazy summer rainstorm that caused flash-flooding in the city. We recommend the property and highly recommend the hosts. Thank you!!

Great expirence and a beautiful home!

I was welcomed by the owner and was shown where I could find all the things needed and was extremely pleasured with the cleanliness and setup of the home. Had a great open concept with views of the CN Tower. Was more than happy to have been able to stay in this residence and will definitely stay again if I’m ever back in Toronto.

Beautiful Loft in Great Location

Great Spot! Definitely modern luxury in a great city. Perfect spot for a place to crash if you plan to hit the city. Walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and bars. Will be back!!!

Great place to stay in downtown Toronto

Excellent location, food/shopping/entertainment within walking distance. We were in town for a baseball game and the Rogers Centre was less than a 10 min walk. Comfortable clean condo, easy communication with host. Would recommend for sure.
