Wonderful cabin & location

The cabin had everything my family needed during our stay. Plenty of room us. The theater room was great for watching the game. The location was perfect, not too close and not too far away from the hustle of Gatlinburg

Greatly enjoyed our stay

We had a family of 16 and everyone fit well. There were plenty of bathrooms. We loved the spacious living room and theatre room. There was plenty of room at the tables for dinner and games. The hot tub was enjoyed by the whole family. We were visited by a momma and baby bear and they did get in the car, so be sure and lock up! Management responded quickly to our requests and the owner checked in on us as well. We had a pleasant stay.

Gatlinburg Cabin

We loved the location and the space of our cabin. We are a family of seven and this cabin had plenty of room for us to spread out and relax during our trip. Greta place to stay! Close to town and the Smoky Mountains.

Family getaway

Great place to stay overall house is beautiful and greatly kept… I personally think hot tub directions should be posted somewhere only because it was my first time and couldn’t figure out how to heat it until last day of stay.

Bedroom upstairs next to game room had wasps, we killed at least 5, living room furniture was worn out, everything is for little people, our family is over 6 feet. Furniture needs upgraded. Toilets are so small. The sunlight coming in living room was blinding, curtains are needed. The parking was awful, so slanted it was hard to get out of vehicles. You better be small and young to rent this cabin. We did see bears though.

Best family reunion ever

16 people fit perfect. It was our best trip yet. We had a bear come visit. The cabin was awesome. Clean and tidy. Owner was very responsive if we he was needed. I would definitely stay again. Note: put all the little kids in the basement at night Especially if they are like ours and constantly getting out of bed.

Great weekend away in Gatlinburg!

We had a great relaxing weekend in Gatlinburg. Located perfectly between the grocery store and downtown, we had all we could need! Whether it was porch sitting, playing pool, hot tubbing, or hitting up the local attractions there was something for everyone! Me and my group highly recommend!

Awesome cabin

We really enjoyed the cabin. It's very spacious and every bedroom has a bathroom which was great for our family. The location was super close to shopping and entertainment places to visit. The owners were very cordial and made themselves very available in case of any problems or concerns in which was very nice but we never needed a thing because everything was taken care of.

Best of both worlds!

This beautiful spacious cabin is located in a quiet peaceful area but only about a 5 minute drive to all the fun Gatlinburg has to offer. The owner is awesome, checked on us daily and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back !

Gatlinburg property

Our family really enjoyed this beautiful property. Took a day to go to Dollywood and then had a bear try out an open laptop and drink a sprite that granddaughter left on the deck! We will definitely be back to this beautiful cabin again. Jo

Gatlinburg stay

Loved the property, location was key, this log cabin is less than 5 minutes to the parkway, grocery store, restaurants and gas stations, and barely 10 minutes to Gatlinburg downtown. This log cabin was perfectly sized for the 4 families that visited Gatlinburg. Plenty of parking space for 4 full sized SUVs and Mini vans. Each of the 4 bedrooms had an attached full bath. Loved the great room and it's multiple large windows, kitchen and 8-10 person seating capacity dining table. We enjoyed several evenings watching movies in the theater room. Kids had a blast with sleep overs in the theater room. Views of the mountain peaks from log cabin were nice. AC worked great, house was clean and all bathrooms were fully functional with hot/cold water. Hot tub was nice!Matt, the home owner was very responsive, and helped with any questions or extra towels and toiletries that we asked for.

Grandpa's 73rd Birthday Celebration

This place was all wood, to include the bed frames. Nice to look at but not comfortable to get into and out of bed. Overall this a a great way to get all the family together. DollyWood was a great attraction that everybody loved.

Perfect place for a trip to Gatlinburg

We were very impressed with the property. Every bedroom has a bathroom, which was great for two families with kids. The location was ideal and the owners were great. They called to see if we needed anything. We had an issue with the grill and a new one was delivered the next day. The theater room is awesome. The kids loved it. I highly recommmend this property.

Massive and Beautiful

This property was wonderful to stay in. It accommodated 7 adults, 3 kids and 2 babies with plenty of space to play around and it could have held many more! There were extra mattresses and blowup mattresses in the closets! I was thinking it would be good for a small youth group or high school sports team. The owner reached out consistently to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us recommendations for places near the cabin. He was so helpful. While there are plenty of things to do in the area, we also enjoyed just staying in one night and watching a movie in the theater room and some family games upstairs on the massive table as well as a little time in the hot tub. That hot tub was fantastic for unwinding after a long day on the town. It really helped with my sore joints and muscles. The family has definitely talked about making this an annual trip and stay at this cabin again. Thank you VRBO and Matt!

Great location

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg. However while the house looks beautiful at first glance, it was in fact very dusty. Also there was absolutely no essentials stocked in the house (i.e. basic spices, a cutting board, napkins, paper towels, etc.) However everything else about our stay was great. Just a fair warning to other visitors - the driveway is on an incline making parking a little challenging, and the street the house is on is very steep. We didn't venture out of the house after dark for fear of driving on that road in the middle of night.

Property in Need of Maintenance

Great location but property needs maintenance. It’s obvious the property pictures are not recent. Issues we found: Blown lightbulbs, trip hazards, ripped rugs, soiled linens and pillows stuffed in wardrobes, dirty carpets, ripped pool table, missing drawers in the fridge . We got a partial refund (effectively 1 night free) but would have preferred everything to be as expected.

The size of the house was good. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice.I didn't care for the bedroom furniture on the main level bedroom. It is so large and sticks out so much that it's hard to move about. The kitchen and bathrooms are all a bit dated but fine. The oven in the kitchen is very difficult to work with as the temperatures are not consistent or realistic. Some of the silverware had to be rewashed as they still had bits of food on them.My biggest complaint is the location. The deck is quite nice but it directly looks over the main road in the neighborhood and through several electric wires and onto a large cell tower. I want to sit on the deck with a view of nature. Everything else was fine. I wouldn't rent this unit again for myself due to the setting and view.
