You’ll love my place because of the back yard with privacy fence. My place is good for business travelers and big groups. We provide a desk for working as well as a wireless printer/copier/scanner. My place is close to the city center, 3.7 miles to the ‘Cheyenne Depot Plaza’, 0.4 miles to the Greenway jogging and bike path, 0.2 miles to a playground at United Nations Park. Walmart Supercenter is 1.6 miles away. A strip mall is 0.6 miles away.

Great for family get together

It would have been nice to have a recliner or two upstairs for people that may have difficulty traversing stairs to the basement and also handicap toilets in the bathrooms. Over all our stay was enjoyable. Thank you!!

Weber Funeral

It was a wonderful home and suited us 6 very well. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with weather permitting (beautiful!). The home's location made it easy to get in and out of the down-town area, and wasn't far from grocery and package stores. Perfect for Family Get Together

All the sisters and sister-in-laws came to town for a baby shower. Perfect house for all of us to stay. Our own private spaces but we were able to be together at the same time. The house was clean and comfortable. The snack basket was a nice addition. If we gather in Cheyenne again we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect House!

We traveled from Arizona and Washington for a family reunion. We had reserved a different property which canceled on us last minute. Thankfully this property was available and it was perfect! It was clean, well-stocked and in a great location. Would highly recommend this property and the owners!

Comfortable and clean

The property met our needs and was very clean and in a great location - quiet, yet easy access to shopping and the interstate. The daily rate was great, but the fees were high. If we were staying a week or so, it would have been fine, but for a two day stay, the fees were higher than comparable properties.

Great stay

The property was great for our group of 10 and it had plenty of space. It was very clean. We also enjoyed the back patio area and loved the parking space for two or three vehicles in front of the garage. The host communicated well leading up to our stay and there were plenty of front-door keys available for our large group.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your spacious home. Four of us stayed for 4 days to attend a family wedding. We appreciated the being able to come and go from the Archer Event Center and downtown area. We were all very comfortable. The washing machine and iron were a plus for us and we enjoyed the quiet walks in the neighborhood.

Great home for family gathering for Thanksgiving

This was the perfect place for our group. Plenty of room for adults and kids alike. Joe and Jayne thought of every detail for their guests. In town for a funeral

We had to travel to Cheyenne for a funeral. Our family was able to stay in one location and have fellowship together. Enjoyed the large eating are at the dining table. The rooms are nice sized, plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. Kitchen was nicely stocked and a wonderful treat basket of coffees and other goodies. Was a nice, clean, large home and we would stay again.

Great place to stay while we were visiting Frontier days.

Loved the backyard with covered patio! It was raining but we could still enjoy the outdoors. Kids could play catch in the back and front yard. House had all we needed for adults and kids!

The minute we walked through the door, we knew we would have a wonderful stay. The house was so perfect for the members of our family. We enjoyed all the amenities and the property. Excellent basecamp for fishing!

Great property and dedicated rental with everything you need!

The house is well-maintained and clean. House has great common spaces for gathering. We had friends together in town for a wedding and the house was a great place to be together. Lots of lawn games for hanging out in the back yard. Quiet street and plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

House is on a quiet cul-de-sac. 2,250 sq ft of living space with a large family room, comfortable seating and big screen TV. There is a 50" TV in the living room and family room and a small TV that can be viewed from the dining and kitchen area. With a covered concrete patio complete with patio set with six chairs and wood deck with gas grill this is an ideal place to BBQ. The backyard is fenced for your privacy. Kitchen has granite counter tops, glass top electric range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator with water and ice at the door. Laundry room has washer, dryer with large clothing folding area, ironing board. Corner lot will lots of on-street parking.
