Family trip

We love Phoenix on the Bay and especially the lazy river. The condo was nice and very spacious. The only issue we had was the sink kept backing up in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms.

Spring break

Overall the property was nice. We did experience a leak with the garbage disposal and it took a few tries and some time to get that fixed. We also were not told until the day before the trip that the lazy river and pool area was under construction, so we were not able to utilize anything with the outside pool. The indoor pool is very small so being that the outdoor pool was not usable it was very crowded in the indoor pool.

We did not like this unit. Very minimal supplies. Dirty.

This unit did not have starter supply of dish detergent or laundry detergent. Fortunately I brought my own. No coffee filters. The tile floor was so dirty we all had black barefeet. The sleeper sofa on the first night broke and we had to call maintenance to close it. We never opened it again. The refrigerator freezer ice maker didnt work. The ice machine by the bar rattled the entire time. We have stayed here 3 yrs. This was the worst. Very disappointed.

Phoenix on the Bay #1217

We had a wonderful time. We could not ask for a cleaner complex and friendlier staff. The layout of the condo was great. All the kids slept in one room. I think it was more family friendly to not be within walking distance to the nightlife. It is just a short drive to the beaches, shops, and The Wharf. The swimming area was great for relaxing in the evenings with the kids after going to the beach and grilling dinner. Our kids could live in the water.
