The spacious living room has a 42-inch 1080p HDTV with HD cable, smart Blu-ray player and a pull-out sofa that can sleep 2. (You can also connect your own streaming services like Hulu and Amazon Prime Video and watch all you want on the big screen!) A second pull-out loveseat can sleep a single person for a total sleeping capacity of 7!
The master suite has a super-comfortable king-sized bed with a brand-new mattress and linens and a 40-inch Samsung 1080p LED Smart HDTV with HD cable. The master bath has double vanities, a shower, a walk-in closet, and a Jacuzzi.
The guest suite has a super-comfortable king-sized bed with a brand-new mattress and linens and a 40-inch Samsung 1080p LED Smart HDTV with a DVD player and is adjacent to its own, separate full bathroom with tub and shower.

I grew up in Anchorage, Alaska--a spectacular place filled with some of the most amazing scenery on the planet. It's a magical place and a great place to live, but after nearly two decades there, I decided to see what the outside world had to offer, and I took a position in the travel industry working remotely and moved down south. I currently serve as Director of Operations for a small start-up company that helps people book discounted rental cars. We have a small but passionate team of people spread out around the country (and even overseas), and I get to travel around to them and make sure they have all the tools they need to help our customers as best as possible.
My time working in the travel industry as well as spending so much of my time traveling around the world has really given me an appreciation for a good place to stay. My goal is to help you feel like you're at home and to enjoy all that our area has to offer and still have a relaxing space to retreat to after a long day of sightseeing and shows.

Why they chose this property
Living in the "Lower 48" and working remotely has offered me the opportunity to see more of the country and the world than I ever dreamed possible, but it has also made it possible for me to spend a lot of time with my family, several of whom live here in Branson.
As I've spent more and more time in Branson, I've realized that the people are what make this place special. Everyone is so warm and friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you. And people remember you by name! Restaurant owners hug you when you walk in. Postal clerks actually smile and ask how your family is doing. There's an openness and honesty here that simply doesn't exist in much of the rest of the country.
It's a small town, but there's so much to do. I've lived in several large cities, but there's more to see and do in Branson and the Ozarks than there is in many other places I've spent time. Silver Dollar City is one of the best theme parks I've been to, and the entertainment options on the 76 Strip are endless. New and amazing adventure sports options are popping up all the time, and dozens of golf courses dot the region. And of course the lake is always nearby if you want to cool off on a hot summer day!

What makes this property unique
I love the location! There's nothing like being in the heart of the action. I can walk to Walmart or to any number of shows or even the new Branson Coaster. All of the other shows and most of the best restaurants in Branson are a very short drive, and the rest of Branson is mere minutes away thanks to the conveniently-located (and lightly-trafficked) Yellow Route adjacent to The Greens.
Yet even though it's in the center of the entertainment district, it's still peaceful, thanks to the Thousand Hills golf resort that surrounds the property. With a quiet buffer from the hubbub of the area, it's both active and relaxing--perfect for whichever mood you're in!
