This true home was renovated to provide comfort and quiet, relaxing, pleasant time for business and leisure travelers alike. Surroundings are tranquil, even the local coffee shop is very quiet and you may just decide to walk downstairs for a coffee any time.

Just a short 3-minute walking distance away is the local farmer's market, grocery and drug stores, bakeries, and restaurants. Likewise, beautiful walkways along the river, lined up with tall, lush trees on both sides of the river.

Location is superb, practically heart of the city, but sufficiently secluded to provide peace and quite, combined with an abundance of shops, stores, and restaurants walking distance, as well as beautiful walking areas along the nearby river Miljacka, also walking distance.
