Stay was ok but needs attention
We've been staying in condo's in Florida for 8 years. This is the first that gives you the feel that you walked into someone's home that wasn't expecting company. Just an odd feeling that took a day or two to get comfortable with. Cupboards and closets have personal items. We had a lot of problems with the t.v. in the main living area getting the Spectrum channel line up. I called the owners who are really nice folks and we worked over the phone to make it happen. I thought we had it figured just to find after the issue reverted to the same problem. Not sure if it's a Spectrum issue or t.v. Clicking the Netflix icon worked fine. Other issues are, (sort of common to many condos) The mattress in the main bedroom could be updated. It's just ok but, I go to bed about an hour after my girlfriend and the bed squeaks pretty good waking her up. Lastly, the hot water tank has seen better days. I actually clocked how long it took hot water to get to the faucet in the master bath sink in the morning, 2.5 minutes. Hot was also very slow coming in the kitchen. Ironically getting hot water to the shower faucet was reasonably quick. That may be because the pipes are larger to the shower/tub. Again, it's very unusual to walk into a condo rental and not feel that no one was there before you. I wrote this review rather than a person private note to the owner to help assure these issues are given attention and, make the future renters aware. We spent 4,000 for 2 weeks off season.
