This Unique home is located in the heart of Burbank. Close to WB, Disney Studios, Universal Studios and Burbank Airport. Lots of cool restaurants, coffees and bars within walking distance. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with fully functioning kitchen, including dishwasher, dining room, 2 queen size beds, a fold out sofa bed and in addition a love seat twin size bed .
Fire place, central A/C, walk in closet space, 2 full bathrooms, private patio. Washer and dryer are included as well.
We offer free secure parking space for 1 car garage

Ok but pics looked much better

No frills. Furniture was not comfortable. Plastic kitchen chairs. Very little silverware and plates etc. bathrooms were good. Since we mostly only slept there it was adequate. Of course we were there 21 days. This would be perfect for long weekend or maybe one week. Great parking and accessibility.

Not what we are used to!

We were disappointed in this property, although the owner was hospitable and tried to resolve the issues. On arrival, the entire house smelled of stale smoke. Basically, the house seemed clean, but we found underwear under our bed. The mattress on our bed was very uncomfortable. The location was great.

Perfect place to stay with kids while going to LA attractions

Stayed here with three kids to go to Universal Studios, beach etc. Good location near freeway (especially convenient if coming from Bay Area as is right on 5). Basic amenities for cooking, laundry etc.

Convenient location

We stayed in the 2 bed/2 bath house for our trip to Universal Studios. Pros: -Very convenient location with lots of shopping/restaurants close by. -Off street parking for one vehicle. -Private, fenced front yard with table/chairs which was nice to sit at to enjoy the nice Southern California evenings. -Pull-out sofa bed in living room. -The neighborhood looks busy with lots of cars parked on the street, but it was actually very quiet. Cons: -The house is small and old, but we basically just used the house for sleeping. -The floors are very noisy/creaky which made it hard to walk around after putting the little ones to bed. -The bed in the front room is pretty firm and could use a mattress topper. Overall, the house was fine for what we needed. We did not cook at the house, but the kitchen seemed to have all the basics- plates, utensils, pots/pans. There is a full size washer and dryer, however we did not use them so I can’t comment on how well they work. I did have to contact the owner once to clarify which parking spot to use and she was very nice and helpful and responded to my text with a phone call within minutes!

NO PARKING BUT THEY TOLD US THEY HAD PARKING

We were told there would be adequate parking for a cargo trailer and a 3/4 ton truck and there was not. We got there and there was no parking without blocking other residents. We were told to park on the street and there was absolutely NO street parking. We were then told to go find Home Depot which is not even on the same block and unhitch and leave the trailer and come back and park truck on street. We choose to leave. We were mislead with parking available for our vehicles; We came for a convention and had all our tools and equipment in the trailer and truck. Owner refuses to refund. I'm not happy at all. We asked prior to coming. We asked multiple owners and if they said no we moved on these people said YES.

Clean and spacious

There is only parking for one vehicle on the property. The tub drains slow. The TV didn't work but the owner fixed it the next day. There was no barbecue grill as described but the owner delivered a new one as soon as I mentioned it. Overall a decent place. We would stay here again.
