Our Artist Designed Studio has an open feel. Furnished with a Plush Queen Size bed. Our sofa is great for lounging and serves as a sleeper queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The original vintage wood floors add class and charm. Spanish Design meets Local Trend. Guests needing to use the Washer/Dryer, we provide an in-house launder service, for a fee (contact host for more details). * Complimentary toiletries are provided.

24-Hour Check-In (Anytime after 3:00 pm). Free parking is located in the rear of building, off of Matilda Street.

Elkins Elite LLC has 5 years experience helping manage/host short-term rentals in Augusta, Georgia and the DFW Metroplex area. We started doing this business part-time, with only one unit, and it has steadily grown into a full time business, employing two full time rock stars and establishing long term relationships with at least 3 other businesses. We currently have 22 short-term rentals, and are looking for opportunities to expand. We provide design services, furnishings, setup, and hosting service for Short-Term Rental Property. We currently work with the top-rated booking platforms such as Airbnb, HomeAway, VRBO, and Booking.com.
