This beautiful holiday home is located in the heart of Trogir's old town and spans four floors. Named "Sepia" after the ochre hue of its walls, the house's unique color was created using a traditional technique of grinding local stone into pigment. The result is a striking aesthetic reminiscent of sepia tones in vintage photographs.
The ground floor features a cozy lounge area with a TV, perfect for relaxing, and a small WC with a washing machine and dryer. Internal stairs lead to the upper floors. The first floor hosts the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, along with a bathroom with a shower. The third floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with access to a balcony overlooking the old town, as well as a mezzanine gallery.
This charming Dalmatian stone house has been restored with care and attention to its timeless simplicity. Every room is elegantly furnished to the highest standards in a minimalist style, offering an authentic and luxurious stay in the heart of Trogir.
