A large-screen tv and a pool table provide entertainment, and a queen futon is available. On the lower level are three bedrooms. The lower level is a walk-out basement with 7-foot ceilings. The master bedroom has a king bed and a spacious walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms each have 2 queen beds. The home has central air conditioning, a gas fireplace, and wifi.

Outdoors is a beautiful landscaped space. The waterside features decks and a patio area for the fire pit. There is plenty of outdoor furniture too. A dock and canoe round out the outdoor amenities. Bass Lake is a great spot for fishing too! The yard area is a perfect place to play Bocce ball or croquet. The Game room in the garage includes ping pong and more. Stunning sunrises and starry nights are just some of the highlights to enjoy here.

This area is just out of town but close to everything. Visits to Interlochen/Grawn, Leelanau Peninsula, Old Mission Peninsula, or downtown Traverse City are all easy drives from here. Incredible Mo's Family Fun, grocery shopping, and farm markets are about 10 minutes away.

Check out local wineries, breweries, and specialty cheese shops like "the Cheese Lady". Enjoy fantastic restaurants and food trucks in downtown Traverse City.
