Building is located on Avenida Oceânica on Praia do Morro, great location.

Minha estadia foi exelente, apartamento aconchegante, tudu novo e muito limpo, perto de tudo saida da de frente com praia center, otima localização tudo conforme no anuncio, a proprietária e a recepcionista, foram muito atenciosas, com certeza na próxima viajem voltarei para este Ap, se disponivel, eu recomendo, so tenho a agradescer.

O melhor apartamento que fiquei em Guarapari, super arejado, luz natural, conforto, e recursos internos, tem muito mais que o esperado, a anfitriã quer que você se sinta em casa. Sempre que possível, entrava em contato para ver se estava do agrado ou se precisava de alguma coisa, profissional super prestativa, dedicada ao trabalho e preocupada com o conforto dos hóspedes. Excelente apartamento, tudo muito novo! Banheiros, cozinha limpíssimos, fogão e geladeiras super novos! Da sacada vê- se o mar. A proprietária D. Ângela sempre nos respondeu prontamente aos e-mails sanando todas as dúvidas. Sempre que precisávamos de algo, de pronto nos atendeu. Apartamento no melhor ponto da praia do Morro, perto de supermercado, caixas eletrônicos, restaurantes. Melhor apartamento que já alugamos em Guarapari! É uma delicia dormir com barulho do mar... Voltaremos em breve! Eu recomendo!

Ótimo imóvel! Excelente localização!

Imóvel conforme a descrição, bem novinho e limpo. Possui todos utensílios necessários na cozinha. Próximo a tudo que precisamos, comércio, bancos e restaurantes. Fica a uma quadra da praia do morro. Dormimos escutando o mar. A proprietária, Dona Ângela foi muito atenciosa e na sua ausência, deixou a filha Lorena nos prestando atenção. Foram seis dias ótimos! Recomendo!

O apartamento é perfeito! O melhor que já ficamos na praia do Morro. Novíssimo e super limpo! Muito confortável, uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro em cada quarto, móveis e eletrodomésticos muito novos, não tem como ser melhor! No melhor ponto da Praia do morro, basta atravessar a galeria do Praia Center. A proprietária é extremamente atenciosa. Recomendo a todos!

Excelente Apartamento!!!

Espaços bem divididos e confortáveis, tudo de primeira qualidade. Perto de tudo (supermercado / padaria, farmácia, bancos, etc.), vista para o mar da varanda e só atravessar a galeria do Praia Center que já está na praia. A proprietária foi super atenciosa com tudo. Não tem como não elogiar. Já estamos programando um retorno, pois superou as expectativas. Recomendo a todos, Nota 10!!! Ulysses Oliveira
