This condo has a king bed and convertible sofa, with two HD TVs, Stereo, DVD and for ultimate convenience, a washer/dryer and Electric BBQ.

Step out onto the sunny balcony with southwest exposure and views of pool and mountains and feel your stress melt away.

Stroll the grounds, relax by the pools or if you are feeling lucky just meander across the street to the Casino. The Convention Center is just next door too.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

Unit was clean but in need of updating. Kitchen towels were stained on arrival.

This complex is clean and the grounds are stunning. I would stay there again but in a different unit.

The most relaxing peace ful vacation ever. The place was beautiful and kept up to perfection.

All our expectations, this place surpassed them all. Quiet, peaceful and maintained so beautifully. Walking distance from shopping district.we would definitely recommend this place and agency to book from.

An enjoyable location and unit

Overall, this property is well supplied and nicely appointed. It is a second floor unit which means there is no noise overhead. There was no noise at all from the complex. The lanai is small and the view of the mountains partial. With a western exposure and no energy efficient glass, the air conditioning was totally inadequate. In the afternoon we kept all drapes, door and window shut. At night we often kept the window and door open which made the mornings cooler. The pool areas are quite nice and very clean. The parking is covered and handy. The location within Palm Springs is excellent. Oranj Realty is excellent to deal with.
