This beautiful large 2 story home is set back off the main highway, snuggled back in the woods. Home includes all modern amenities, including gorgeous hardwood floors, 4 large bedrooms (master bedroom - 2 queen size beds, bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds, bedroom 3 -1 queen bed, bedroom 4 - 1 queen bed, all rooms have large closets and dressers. 3 full baths all have tub/shower combos, towels/washcloths and laundry baskets. Large full kitchen - includes all dishes, utensils, coffee pot, microwave, side by side refrigerator, stove/oven combo, and island bar with 3 stools. Dinning room right off the kitchen that seats 6. Large living room with a hide away bed and and a couch that also is a bed with charging ports and a family room. Laundry room has washer and dryer, both are front loaders. There are ceiling fans, stand fans and fans. Air conditioners in the bedrooms. Nice front and back porch with outdoor furniture, large yard with a propane grill. Enjoy the sounds of nature and the running of the beautiful fishing stream right off the back yard, or enjoy a nature walk down the Catherine Valley Trail, a short walking distance from the front door. Air conditioners added to the living tooms in 2023. The house is located about 8 miles from Seneca Lake.

Nice house in a quiet area

House was great. Large bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and two livingroom areas. Fire pit was great! Tammy was very responsive to each text. Would stay again!

Perfect!

Our group of 9 friends were exceptionally pleased with our stay. The house was spacious inside and outside with very well stocked kitchen. All was very clean with fresh linens and towels. We were visiting Watkin Glens and happy that we stayed here instead of in the town. Very convenient drive to everywhere with beautiful surroundings. Would definitely recommend

Getaway

The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean, spacious, rural setting and located between Corning and Finger Lakes. The owner was very respnonsive as well. Great stay!

Wonderful place for family get together

Sparkling clean and well furnished, kitchen well stocked. I appreciated the extra fans along w air conditioners as was very muggy during the weekend. We had lots of family in and out over the stay and found ourselves moving from living areas, porch, deck and backyard, chatting and visiting. We visited some wineries, the Amish farmers market as well as Watkins glen.

The Perfect House

This is a wonderful house along with a wonderful Host. The house was just perfect for our family. It is very clean, the beds are comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. You will not be disappointed with this house.

Beautiful property and area

This location was amazing. The house was very spacious with 6 separate beds that was perfect for my friends for a bachelor party. Quite place roughly 15 minuets from Watkins Glen and possible wineries and breweries.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time visiting the Finger Lakes region. The house "A Little Piece of Relaxation", was just that! Very comfortable and relaxing. The space was lovely! Furniture was comfortable, which is not always the case in a short term rental. Having 2 living rooms was nice! Kitchen was well supplied. We prepared all of our meals at the house. Very, very lovely!

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Area

I stayed with my wife and a group of friends for a race at Watkins Glen. This house worked out perfectly for the six of us with plenty of space for everyone and really nice common areas plus a nice backyard by a river with a grill. The house and property were beautiful and the area was gorgeous, very close to Watkins Glen State Park and a short drive to town with great stores and restaurants. I’d love to come back and stay longer!

Springtime Getaway

The house is just as described; it is very roomy for folks to spread out, the beds were comfortable, it was immaculately clean, and the surrounding grounds were so pretty as Spring wildflowers bloomed and trees leafed out. We would happily return!

Beautiful Spot!

Gorgeous and spacious house on a creek, very close to Watkins Glen. The creek is famous for Rainbow Trout. Is bigger than the pictures suggest. Great place!!

Beautiful home/property

This home was incredibly clean and the perfect size for our group of 8 to all have our own space! Quick drive to Watkins Glen State Park and the Raceway for the weekend. Wonderful welcome card and bottle of wine made us feel like VIP’s! Would absolutely stay here again if back in the area!

Great as always!

This was our second stay at the property and it was even better than the first stay. The house is set up very well for larger groups with separate living areas, so people are not on top of each other, and people can be enjoying themselves in one area, as others are napping/relaxing in another. It is close to so my much, but feels nice and secluded. It’s also amazing how clean it is! Great house and Tammy is a great host.

Met our needs perfectly. Spacious and clean. The pictures don't do it justice. It was a short drive to the falls, racetrack, wineries and the town of Watkins Glen. It was also relaxing to just sit on the porch and socialize. Thank you for welcoming people in your home.

Spacious Home

Clean and Spacious property

The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 12. The lawns are large and well maintained for outdoor play. The property is close and convinience distance to a few state parks. Property owner was prompt to respond to any questions. Only suggestion would be to stock a few more plates and mugs and cookwares.
