My 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1st floor oceanfront condo is fully stocked and ready for guests! It is on a no-drive beach in quiet Ormond-by-the-Sea with beach access directly across the street from the building. Enjoy breakfast on the patio as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. When you come up from the beach, relax by our beautiful pool!
The condo sleeps up to 4 (1 queen bed, 2 twins), with SMART TVs in the living room and master bedroom, a DVD player, cable TV, and wireless internet. I completely renovated the unit in 2017, so everything is new and updated, giving it a "modern beachy" feel. The unit has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a glass cooktop, and a full-sized washer and dryer. We have grab bars in the shower and tubs, and beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels.

I purchased my dream beach home in 2012. Originally from New York, I now live in Orlando, FL and love to get out to the beach whenever I can. I'm a professor at the University of Central Florida.
Why they chose this property
I chose Ormond Beach because it is a very lovely and peaceful beach, yet not far from the popular tourist destinations of Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. Ormond feels like 'my' beach, as it's rarely crowded and locals are very friendly. Dolphin sightings are common, and local dining is excellent. My unit is cozy and comfortable. I fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the shore!
What makes this property unique
I really like that the unit is on the first floor, as it's really fast and easy to get to the beach and I can drive up and easily unload groceries, luggage, etc.
