Escape and relax in Southwest Cape Coral! Many updates to this beautiful vacation home. Privacy hedges, fully screened in lanai and fenced in back yard. Have your morning coffee poolside and start your vacation!

Great area of town with quick access to shopping, restaurants, live music and craft breweries.
Take a walk in the quiet neighborhood.

Inside the garage you will find pool floats, pool toys, coolers, and beach chairs for guest use
The owner does have 3 bikes in the garage that may be used by guests but are not included as part of the rental

A couple of blocks by foot to the grocery store. Only 20 minutes to Ft. Myers beach, less than 10 minutes to Cape Coral Yacht Club, public beach, fishing pier, tennis courts, activity center and a senior center.

Convenient to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island and Ft. Myers Beach.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES and all guests and visitors, not in the booking, must be approved by property manager
The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15/night plus tax. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.

- BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 10:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available, but require prior approval by Agent.

Very nice and truly well equipped house

Very nice and truly well equipped house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We absolutely enjoyed our stays here. Large rooms and a very nice pool. Very well situated in Cape Coral with lots of amenities and shopping opportunities nearby. A great starting point for trips to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and attractions in SW Florida. The house is super well maintained and it feels like home when you come back a 2nd time.

Cape Escape Getaway

Very relaxing stay at Cape Escape. Home was clean and well-stocked with staples, paper products, towels and kitchen supplies. Good restaurants nearby. Florian is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever encountered. Wish they could all be like her!

Our stay was amazing, we didn’t want to leave and come back to reality. It was nice to wake up in the morning and hang out by the pool or go on a bike ride even if it was just to the store. We enjoyed having the house be so convenient and being close to Ft Myers beach. Florian was great to work with. If I had any concerns or questions he got back to me very quickly which I greatly appreciated.

Most relaxing week

Pool was excellent and house was clean and so comfortable. Weather in the mid eighties couldn’t ask for a more perfect week. Thank you so much. It was great to get away from cold Michigan.

The house was beautiful! Every little thing that I could have needed (rubber bands, cookware, matches, nightlight, etc) was available and at our fingertips which isn’t seen at a lot of other places we’ve stayed. The location was perfect. We spent quite a bit of time at the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach. Communication with Florian was easy and got very quick responses. I would definitely recommend this property!

we stayed at this house for a month. While we were there the manager Florian could not have done a better job at answering to our needs. He was EXCELLENT. had a minor maintenance problem and he cleared it up immediately and was very easy to contact. I would give him a 10 of 10 rating....

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. Nice having a grocery store close. My husband rode the bike supplied by the house to the store every morning to get the paper. Florian was very helpful if needed. Always available.

Great stay in great location

We really enjoyed staying at this house in Cape Coral. We have two kids and for us the location close to Publix (walking distance), short drive to the beach at the yacht club was great. Also the kids really enjoyed the kids bedroom with the two twin beds. We used the pool a lot and it worked really well for us. The WiFi was great and we had no trouble using our own Amazon FireTV that we brought from home. The kitchen was very well stocked. The building manager, Florian, is super great. Very responsive whenever we had questions.
