This home is a one floor dwelling with open living room and newly renovated kitchen. The rest of the house was completely renovated in 2015. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay and Nauset Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Crystal Lake and Pilgrim Lake are within a half mile for fresh water swimming and fishing. Easy walking distance to Kent's Point Conservation area, This home has an open spacious kitchen and living room with a large flat screen TV and new appliances and a large table that seats 6 . It has stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. It has free WiFi, central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. There is also and outdoor shower.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large screen TV with walk in closet and master bath with double sinks.
Second bedroom is spacious with walk in closet and king size bed with a large screen TV.
Third bedroom has a queen size bed and roomy closet. The 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks and a washer and dryer.
There is a deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grille. There is a large lawn and detached garage. There is also a fire pit. In the garage are coolers, beach chairs and boogie boards for your use

Wonderful stay in Orleans

We had a great time at the Orleans house. It was comfortable, spacious, and a perfect location. Our kids loved the kids room and the toy bin. We made use of the fire pit and bbq and enjoyed sitting out in the comfortable weather and watching the fireflies. Appreciated that sand toys and beach chairs were available. It would have been nice to have a beach umbrella available; the one that was offered went with the outdoor table and was too heavy to lug to beach. All in all an ideal time in Cape Cod. The kitchen appliances/cookware were perfectly stocked. My only feedback on that note is that it was tough that they had zero communal cooking items barring a container of salt. Always a bit of a bummer to have to stock up on all the little things when you're coming from out of town like oil, vinegar, pepper, mustard, etc. Additionally, some parts of the home could use some updating/love and appeared a bit worn. The blinds for instance did not always open/close, coffee maker turned off sometimes when brewing, rugs/towels/dishtowels could use replacement. We still had a really lovely and comfortable stay.

Family vacation

We had an amazing time and the house is beautiful. Being centrally located worked perfect for our family. We were able to jump around to all parts of the cape and then relax and rest at the house. Thank you for the place to stay, we will be back!

Lovely home, wonderful stay

The house was welcoming and spacious. The open floor plan was perfect for our family's meals, game nights and general relaxing. Perfect location, close to Nauset Beach, easy trip into town, easy ride to Chatham. Loved it.

Great house centrally located in Orleans

This house was perfect for our family. We visited in July to spend time with our son that was playing for the Orleans Firebirds. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to Eldredge Park and very central for everything else. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked.

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

A lovely home! We loved the open floor plan, everything was very clean, large bedrooms, access to the garage to store beach chairs was appreciated, the outdoor shower was so refreshing. We also loved the location. We were close to our favorite beaches and lots to enjoy around Orleans. Thank you for letting us stay at your house, we are already looking forward to our trip next year!

Wonderful rental

Such a wonderful house in Orleans. Stayed the end of June 2022 and had a fantastic week! House is all on one level, very easily accessible. Modern amenities. Two king beds and one queen bed were all excellent and comfortable. Very kind, thoughtful and helpful rental property owners who live next door. Definitely would love to stay again next summer!

Orleans Escape

This was a perfect setting for friends to gather and relax. The open kitchen and living area was well appreciated especially during one rainy day when we decided to stay in — that’s a true test of a good vacation rental. We took advantage of every amenity— particularly the outdoor shower. Having the separate game table area was perfect for our evening board games. The fire pit made for a special evening outside under the stars.

Perfect House

We throughly enjoyed our two week stay in your beautiful home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge and we loved the open concept living. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the close proximity to the beaches, shops and restaurants in the Orleans area. This house has everything a vacation rental property needs.

The house was very pleasant, in great condition, in a quiet area, and well equipped. I had no need to ask for anything of the host Meredith during my stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay!

We visited for a week with our young children. We loved this house. It was clean and surprisingly spacious. There were two huge king bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom and luxurious shower) and another large queen bedroom. Both bathrooms had double sinks. One bedroom had a collection of toys In a trunk that kept my kids entertained. My son loved the old tractor out back. Central air was a great perk and the kitchen was amply stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The deck was perfect for meals and hanging out and the yard was great for playing. Great location in Orleans, yet set back on a quiet street. Hope to stay again!

The house is nicely updated and in a great location - a quiet side street and just a short drive to many beaches and towns we wanted to visit. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. Overall we had a great stay.

Awesome place - great location

We loved this place. Stayed here for 2 weeks with our 3 kids. Great yard for them to play. Cool outdoor fire pit with chairs and outdoor deck. They have an outdoor shower that’s huge. Offer full cable and have TVs throughout the house. All appliances were new and the house was tastefully decorated/ furnished. The 3 bedrooms were large with walk in closets and 2 indoor bathrooms. The basement offers a cool hockey rink that provided lots of entertainment for my kids. Central air was fantastic. They have a garage that’s stocked with any beach equipment you may need! Lots of kitchen stuff to prepare any type of meal - I saw an instapot, crock pot and large pots for a clam bake! Great property in an awesome location. Art and Meredith were wonderful hosts. We definitely will be back in 2021!

Comfortable Cape Cod home

We had a very nice stay at this home. It was clean, spacious and was tastefully decorated. We found everything we needed to do some home cooking as we wanted to minimize the number of times we dined out. Arthur was very helpful with anything we needed. We found the location was great we were just a few minutes drive from 2 beaches. There were some great restaurants in the area and lots of fun things to do within a short distance, like biking or jogging on the Rail Trail or crabbing. I highly recommend this place

Great Stay in Orleans

We had a great experience from the booking process to the actual stay. The owners were very accommodating and easy to contact. The house was clean and spacious. The open floor plan was perfect for us. The location in Orleans was ideal. We spent time charter fishing out of Rock Harbor and also spent time on Nauset beach with nearby family. We hope to return in the future.

Fantastic Vacation

This rental had large bedrooms two full baths, comfortable beds, and everything we needed to enjoy our two weeks on Cape Cod. Its location was perfect for us as it is close to the beaches, theater, shopping and Cape Cod baseball. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and off the beaten path. It was a relaxing vacation for us. The owners are wonderful and had a "Welcome" binder ready for vacationers to use to enjoy the area. We would definitely recommend this rental. We are planning to return next summer.
