Apartment is located in the residential building on the 4th floor.

It consists of a large living room, balcony, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Apartment is air conditioned.

Spacious living room has a cozy sofa where two people can sleed. You can pamper your senses with the big 43“ LED TV offering a rich selection of cable programs.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and toaster, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal when you decide to.

Each of the two bedrooms has one double bed.

Bathroom has a bathtub. There are also a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer provided.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

We can also provide baby cot for free, please just ask in advance.

**** House rules:

For two or more nights stay standard price applies.

Arrivals after 23:00 are surcharged 15 EUR.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. You are allowed to smoke on the balcony.

Certain types of pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have the exclusive access to the apartment.

There are no shared areas in or around the building.

As apartment is located in the center of Split parking place is not provided, but you can find free parking in the street, or nearby streets usually within few minutes of walking.

There are numerous paid parking just minutes from the property. Price per day is from 7 to 20 EUR/day, depending on the parking spot.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located in the center of Split, three minutes walking to the famous Diocletian's Palace which is the best preserved Roman palace in the world and just two more minutes to the Split seafront.

Neighbourhood is quiet and all windows in the apartment are new with solid sound isolation.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking.

Well known sandy beach Bacvice is 15 minutes walking from the apartment.

Bus station is within one minute walking.

Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 10 minutes walking.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 10 min walking from the apartment!

Stay from 10th to 14th of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less than that. You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.
