This charming holiday home is located in Paraty, in the Serra da Bocaina National Park, nestled in the forest (Mata Atlântica) offering tranquility, calm and authenticity.

The house offers breathtaking views of the mountains, waterfalls and the sea. One of the most beautiful views of Paraty.

There you will enjoy a beautiful swimming pool and a SPA supplied with natural water from one of the sources of the property.

Seven rooms are available (3 have a jacuzzi). Several rooms have sofa beds and one room has bunk beds, raising the total capacity of the house to 34 people.

The house has a central hot water system, 9 air conditioners and Wifi. With a large outdoor area, a pool, a barbecue area, jacuzzis, cable TV and an internal sound system this home is ideal for large groups.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
