Lynn and Nancy Vacation Rental is located just across from the Gulf of Mexico with world renowned beaches.

Walking distance to historic Bridge Street and many quaint shops and restaurants to satisfy any pallet. Ideal for 2 people! It is small, but ideally located!

The free trolley runs every 20 minutes the length of Anna Maria Island.

Kayaks, barbeque grill, linens, towels, a fully-equipped kitchen and endless gulf views are supplied.

Location was great! Beach was beautiful! The host, Lynn was very friendly, and helpful with our early arrival. Would definitely stay there again, but I would look into staying in the A unit for more space, and view.

We absolutely loved Anna Maria Island, and Bradenton Beach! This property was perfect for my husband and I! It was a super short walk to the beach, literally across the street! Lynn was an amazing and very communicative person our whole stay! We cannot wait to visit again!!

Great property, right across from beach, also by Bayside for sunrises. 10 min walk to a handful of bars and circle K. Property has beach chairs for you to use among other beach amenities. Central air to keep rooms cold after warm day out. Host always fast responder for any needs.

Great Stay

Had everything we needed and a great location! The beach umbrella and the chairs are due for a replacement, however they held up fine for us. Zero complaints. Thank you for having us!

This was simply heaven on earth. The owner made sure during our entire stay that we were comfortabl.

The property was clean completely gorgeous. It’s directly across from the beach with a spectacular view of the gulf ocean. The owner Lynn was a perfect host the entire time made sure we were having a great time. I can’t wait for our next vacation. We definitely look forward to staying at this property. Lynn made sure we felt right at home. The trolley stops right outside to take you everywhere and on a senic tour. The monkey bus takes you anywhere on the isle as well. Absolutely a 5 Star vacation ♥️♥️♥️

Wonderful

It was just what we were looking for. Perfect location and super easy to check in. You could use their beach chairs, beach umbrellas and they even had kayaks you could use. I would definitely rent this property again. The only thing I would say it needed was detergent in the kitchen and more toilet paper. We stayed 4 days and it only had 2 rolls for the whole stay. Communication with Lynn was excellent.

Awesome location!

Very nice apartment, just across the road from a great beach. Safe, friendly neighborhood; great communication with host. She was very quick to remedy an a/c problem. Getting to the bathroom requires going through the bedroom. The couch cushions were comfortable for sleeping, but I don't think the hide-a-bed would make a great bed.

Wedding Getaway

Lynn was great! Super helpful and insightful on the island! My only complaint is we could hear loud noises from the other tenants, and the morning after our wedding I was woken by very loud cleaners on the upstairs floor.. I was curious why that had to be done right then, as no one had stayed upstairs that week. Other than that it was a great place to stay and would definitely come back to the island!

It was a nice visit. This place was plenty clean. I had no concerns of cleanliness. Just about everything was, as stated in the description. The grill is Charcoal. So, if you are depending on it for a dinner night (like we were) be aware of that. :( we did use the beach chairs and umbrella. The coffee pot is standard. Don’t buy Pods like we did based on the pictures!!!!! The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I’ve ever had to use. I couldn’t even shave in the shower it was so small. There was everything else we needed. All kitchen amenities were there and plenty of blankets/sheets! I appreciated extra blankets. There is no TV in the bedroom. The walk to the beach was perfect. Very short, right across the street! Going to Bridge Street was 0.4 miles. Not a bad walk! Owner/manager was available quickly and pleasant.

Perfect for the two of us

Very easy renting this property. Lynn was very quick to respond to our inquiries and kept us well informed of any issues after Hurricane Ian. Everything worked out great overall. The property was perfect for my wife and I, having everything we needed and being right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. We would definitely go back to this property again. Thanks Lynn!

You can't get a better location that this. Across the street from the beach and a 7-8 min walk to historic center with restaurants, show, etc. Apartment had everything ready for us, including kayaks, water toys, chairs, etc. Lynn was very responsive with my questions.
